Gave this recipe a try today and turned out really well. I missed the part of the video where it says only 4 egg whites, I used all 6 as the recipe said 6 eggs (oops!) BUT it still worked. Also didn’t have mascarpone so I substituted with cream cheese instead and it’s delicious! Thanks for the simple recipe and video, I made this for my mums birthday and she loved it.
