Hello, may i ask how should I adjust the recipe if I would like to use real pandan juice instead of pandan paste? Also, what is the size of the tray u used for this recipe? Thank you!

@@BakingHabit thks for your prompt reply! May I ask what is the amount of pandan juice and milk in replacement?

the milk after juiced with pandan leaves and filtered should be remain unchanged (40ml/gr).. and if you ask how many leaves to use, that would depend on how big your leaves would be.. try 4 - 5 pieces 30cm pandan leaves and see if the color will suit your taste.. or if you using a pandan extract/sediment just use same amount of pandan paste (5ml/1tsp). add more if you feel the color is too light.. note that when you use natural pandan, the color will not as bright as when using pandan paste... good luck🤞😊
