Indoor plants can also help improve air quality by filtering pollutants, it's been shown even a pot of soil by itself has microorganisms that help lower benzene levels

The air pollution the last several years, has majorly impacted my physical health and cognitive function at only 26 yo. Especially in summer and fall.
    I think it has
permanently lowered my baseline with ME/CFS despite always having filter fans running indoors. Had to quit working last year due to health decline.
It’s really scary because of the neuroinflammation, fatigue, brain fog, exhaustion, intense body pain, etc. And I have very little direct control over environmental pollution…

I'm 42, and I spent all of my life living in a neighborhood surrounded by factories and the closer you drive near the areas the air just stinks.
Last night I went to open my window and the air smelled like nothing but smoke. I just closed the window back. It seems like only in poor communities where a lot of factories are allowed to set up shop in residential neighborhoods.

Thank you so much, Dr. Marks! Since there have been a lot of forest fires in my area, I have had a new doctor question my bipolar 1 diagnosis, and ask if I might just have GAD, instead, which I know is inaccurate. Also, I have noticing my mom having symptoms of dementia, which runs in her side of the family. I know I have bipolar disorder, as the anxiety is a new symptom. ❤

And what happens if me and my husband and pets lived in a small house filled with black mold and carpet sprinkles that was put all over the attic around the heating ducts. 4 years. Now my husband was already diagnosed paranoid. Now he is so paranoid I was told he is going thru psychotic paranoid delusions and we are now divorcing because he thinks I am conspiring against him so he filed divorce. Fell asleep one night and literally woke up the next morning to him violently throwing me out of the bedroom.

Masks are useful, but we need to take into account the bacterial buildup in the mouth and oesophagus and the membrane separating the brain. Social interactions (usually involving touching and pulling down to reveal face) will also risk limited efficiency. Respirators, particularly for vulnerable lungs, need to be improved, especially considering longterm use.

I hear a voice. When i ask it who it is, it says it's us and even animals. Its a bit difficult to think im hallucinating, when certain things it said, came through and when it was correct about other things. My neighbor, a boy, was probably ten yrs when the voice said that another person, called David, would end his life (the boy) via a knlfe, because David would by that time have gone insane. Well David didnt do anything like that, but later on, after many years, the kid grew into a man and a knlfe attack took his life. His parents said the attacker went crazy afterwards. I could consider it a coincidence, though not an exact one, but this is only one example i gave. The voice chose to call itself Satan. Im not really surprised by the choice of name, since humans are like devils to animals and we dont care what they suffer for out taste buds.
