If you can’t squat 1plate something is wrong with you. And if you can’t squat a plate but do 10 plates on leg press you’re probably doing it with a 1-inch range of motion

Add pro tips to ego lift on bench, bounce it off your chest like your bouncing a ball or use a sling shot and then when you finish your set, speak loudly about how the slingshot doesn't really take any of the weight away, it just guards your elbows.
I like how you did a great ROM on your sumo deadlift talking about how little ROM it has. While some people do a fraction of that range and call it a real rep
