Let it soak while you perform the next item: You empty the trash, then you clean and I mean CLEAN the entire sink area, then you check the soap, towel and seat cover dispensers are replenished....then you check the entire restroom from TOP TO BOTTOM...then you remove, clean and shine the deck drain (THAT'S RIGHT, THE DECK DRAIN) and when you have THOUROUGHLY checked the restrooms over for everything from vandalism to the walls, then you mop the restrooms down. MR. WEDO: The first place people will judge your restaurants is YOUR RESTROOMS!!!!! THEY MUST BE SPOTLESS AT ALL TIMES. Don't just do 100%, set your Goals to 110% and above!!!
