When Kurtis fiance said "see I told you, you are worth it".😢😢😢I cried like a baby. Some times all a man needs is for someone to believe in him and to help him see his full potential. He couldn't lose, he has God a good woman a great job and he genuinely loves from his heart ❤❤He has many more blessings that he doesn't even know about.

All men need it most pretend we don't because of the way we was raised and stuff. Don't cry and be strong. Being the main one. All I've ever wanted is someone to believe in me and be there, someone to talk to. Someone to break down to when everything gets too hard. But I don't have noone. And have to pretend I'm fine daily. This is a fact woth most men. We have no one to reach out to.

@@StretchGamesHD I believe that and I know it to be true. My father is 1 of 14 brothers all of them are military men, hard and strong to the core. He was hard and strict on us girls. It wasn't until I came into my femininity, that I understood him. He was good at holding and hiding his feelings pretending to be okay when he wasn't okay. When I started dating, I knew I wanted a man that could show his emotions and not be robotic. I went to my father on day and hugged him, I told him that it was okay to not be okay and that we needed him and that he was appreciated. I also told him that it was okay to cry. I have never seen my father cry until that day. We all had a long talk all 13 uncles mymother and my uncle's wives. (A family meeting) My mother told my father that she never thought about it like that. Them not being emotionally available to and for each other was damaging to themselves and the kids. I feel that a man should be tough and not hard. I aslo feel that he should find someone he could be vulnerable with and his and her feelings are reciprocated. I truly hope you find someone that can be all these things for you. Communication and being emotionally available for your partner is a key factor. Stay blessed 🙏🏾

@@_pandart6435 That's the thinking mentality that has the divorce rate so high!!!! The same thinking mentality that turn boys into being abusive all because they aren't allowed to cry, so they take it out physically. It's sad that you think that crying is for the weak. I pray that if you have children, if and when you need to cry for or about them, I pray that you can. Stay blessed.

They did. I just watched one. The Mayor of Gary Indiana did an episode. She couldn’t give tax money but other sources helped with stuff and she made changes to things. She worked in Trash and Waste first I think. Then something else, then police, then in Maintenance. Maintenance was unbelievable. The city has the primary equipment repo because it didn’t pay like wtf, he had to use an older vehicle, plus get this part …. NO PAY RAISE FOR 20 years. Wtf. He was getting paid 15.35$ per hour. She gave him only a 10% increase for the entire department staff. Wtf is $1.03 extra per hour. So he making $16.38 an hour after 20 years of service to the city. Wtf.
She said the town didn’t have much money but got the police 1.5 million dollars for 20 new police cars. I mean shit 500,000$ should have went to the cop cars and the rest split between departments that needed it. Waste management had broken equipment and equipment down. That department got the budget money increased each year but it went to maybe just the executives salary not to the lower staff or even equipment.
He even says “the superintendent of waste management is cool and friends with the mayor, so who can we complain to?”
She tells him I’m the end that they aren’t friends and she just knows her and they not close like he thinks. Yeah I call bs. How about fire her ass because her budget increased with the same equipment down and out of service for years.
Make the budget and equipment down make any sense. Also she agrees to use $20,000 a year to update each fire department. While the fd have rust and paint chips and cracks in the buildings and they didn’t even show the bathroom but I can’t imagine. He said they get 2-4 fires a day. Imagine working that job and saving life’s and going back to a firehouse with a broken damn toilet. Shit no. They good and can keep that job.

He does the "teach a man to fish" method. I've met the guy 10 years ago.. I was a liquidator for a major big box store chain that was selling off the fixtures and equipment from stores they closed. Forman Mills was one of my biggest customers as they purchased alot of their fixtures and equipment from other retailers that closed. He used to send trucks and actual employees from his stores to come out to dismantle, pack, and load the fixtures he bought onto his trucks. A lot of hard working employees at his stores that you don't see at many retailers anymore nowadays..

A boss realizing the physical labor that goes into a retail job is ALWAYS a good thing. I worked clothing retail from 15-20, tore a rotator cuff lifting boxes, tore other muscles lifting fixtures, fell down uneven dark stairs, had a metal shelving arm piece fall 15 feet onto my head that I shoved a customer away from, and we made $5.25 per hour. When the employees start telling these undercover boss's about their hardships, it's almost like they know something's up & they're putting their bids in 4 a come up.🤭If it isn't that, these people are very trusting 2 relate their personal struggles 2 a stranger...🤔

Why on earth do all these warehouses have people manually wrap pallets when there's machines that rotate the pallet and make it so much faster and easier. That's puzzling! Don't they exist in the US? I bet they do.

I love this show because it makes me realise, the people in corporate cant probably perform our day to day duties. And that these people with hella monies are willing to give back and genuinely help the people that work for their company. I know if i ever got into a big postion id want to give back and see whatthe flaws are within the company so itd become stronger, so we could continually make it better for everyone, customers included.

Well Brad or Mr Foreman there's a lot more out there like that it's so funny how these supposedly unscripted shows the boss is coming in they realize they've gotten away from their roots they're doing everything wrong but it takes a show like this to point him in the right direction you can figure it out on their own...

The guy sold his stores in 2016 for 100 mil. Wonder if any of the people in this show still work there or was given what was promised.
