This phone is so cool! Yeah it would be pretty annoying to forget to wear those glasses but this phone would be useful outside where you don’t want people seeing whatever you’re doing on your phone.
Those ones that inverted the colors are because the polarizer was installed sideways. It would be perfect for sideways use. An lcd works by shining a light that makes the screen all white and using the crystals with a voltage applied to twist and polarize the light 90 degrees which is entirely blocked by the polarizer. When you turn the polarizer that same angle, it does the opposite giving you inverted colors. Its literally that simple. 7:38 You can even see he had those filters and was placing them in front and turning them to show how it works and when its 90 degrees, you see the inverted colors
I used a similar hack for allowing 2 people to watch 2 different channels at once on my 3D TV. An easier way to make the glasses is by getting 2 pairs of 3D cinema/TV glasses and swap the lenses around, one from each pair, flipping/rotating them, to get both eyes polarised in the same direction. It's cheap, sometimes free, and already has sturdy lenses cut to size :)
@@nimamaster6128 thanks, I got the idea for that and then it allowed me and a mate to play console games using the whole screen with first person each! :P I expect some TH-camr will pick this up and do it but hey ho haha!
Actually those glasses should be perfect unmodified in a way. Notice how he only holds phone vertical. Horizontal, it would not be visible with the polariser in the glasses, since it's not rotating with the phone. If you are good at winking, you can be using one eye of the 3D TV glasses to see phone when it's vertical, and another when it's horizontal! He was unlucky to get RealD glasses instead, those are circular polarised instead, for DLP systems, so they are never quite right for a screen.

Some sunglasses are polarised anyway. And the polariser plastic might work one way up, but then also the other way up, *if* you twist it. Might also be the case that if you get already-polarised sunglasses, and they're polarised the _wrong_ way, then they won't work, so some sunglasses may not be suitable. So some are suitable with a polariser sheet, some don't need one, and some won't work either way, regardless. Also if need by you can buy sheets of polarising plastic online. Needs to be horizontal / vertical, not spiral polarised. You might even be able to get a polarising coating for normal spectacles. It's used to make them anti-reflective or glare-resistant.
The polarized glasses gave you an inverted color effect because the polarization was sideways relative to what this screen needed. Different screens have differrent polarization directions (usually it's just horizontal or vertical) and having it sideways inverts it like it did at 7:36

What I want next for the Phone:
USB - C mod,
Wireless charging,
Wireless charging to other phones (reverse charge)
More storage (if that is possible)
Real iPhone 13 camera on the phone
Magsafe

He made videos about this on his channel "Kenny Pi".
He is also selling that usb c iphone in eBay auction.
