Sam has worked a lot in Guatemala in remote villages hours from hospitals. I took classes with him at the Southwest Conference on Botanical Medicine in Mesa, AZ some years ago.

I have this problem too, have a look at the benefits of Xylitol. I cough up things which are so solid they're like those jelly sweets! So about a month ago I started taking 1 x teaspoon once a day, I also take slippery elm, olive leaf powder, oregano oil, and plant based vitamin C. I noticed a big improvement after only two days. I'm also taking Proteolitic Systemic Enzymes. We are all different but this is what works for me, I'm dealing with EBV and Lyme but have always had upper respiratory problems, am over 60 now. Hope this is useful.

How do you actually know when you have busted up all the pathological biofilms and it’s time to stop? I imagine there’s a risk of exposing commensals to become collateral damage

I treat biofilms as per my herbalist with enzymes like Nattokinese and Serrapetase.
I'm also taking Proteolitic Systemic enzymes, they are definitely working.
