    Where do you feel limbic system dysregulation, trauma and all those other aspects come into play here? I see many recover fully by working on their limbic and nervous system. Without even doing anything on the physiological side.

    I highly recommend fasting for MCAS! It has worked for me in the past and gotten me to a state of stabilized health! I’m currently pregnant and going through a flare and so I can’t fast for multiple days, sadly. I’m trying intermittent fasting everyday (eating 2 meals within an 8-hour window) but it’s not nearly as effective as multi-day fasting. I’m watching these videos to try to get some additional tips since fasting isn’t an option for me right now.

I feel that if I have had an overload and was not able to sleep- and I take a AH generation 1, I will sleep but feel like a hangover.. like the body tells you: "hey you accelerated me and now you want to brake me and decelerate... and I do not get it..." I am happy to see that nettle tea helps prophylactic, fasting did not really help, and silicium earth helps and argile cleans the gut and reduce the length it says inside one... all the sneezing, diarrhea, heat, etc.. seems like the body wants to get rid of all this asap.. no?

    • @jac1161
      @jac1161 หลายเดือนก่อน

      spike is a trigger, so the MCAS that was underlying is now more pressured. It may not even be "long covid".....Dr Bruce Patterson tests this......S1 protein. What's "lovely" is this - the shots shed, the kem traylz, etc...... we're always going to be exposed. I had severe cv march 2020 while working as a nurse and I got no help which was torturous and caused a lot of ptsd I'm workng on but anyway, I was also working and living serious mold which ended up being a poop storm of maaaaaany issues at once. I shouldn't be here right now. Anyway, yup, a lot of attacks on us today :( "Good" way to wipe out humanity, huh? I'm always better with sauna, fasting, ivermectin and antihistamines, buuuuuut type I diabetic who can't feel her lows and its not from poor diet, but it makes it all more confusing. So for long covid, it seems the spike protein is hanging in the body and we can’t detox it so we basically get MCAS?

      that's just one of the theories. you might have had a genetic predisposition for it and borderline symptoms throughout your life in the first place.

      @@drzeworyj idk about that. People that get the vaccine and long covid seem to have the same symptoms. I have had covid 2 times before this with no issues. The last one something just shifted. Besides the symptoms of MCAS i have much more and they don’t seem to be going away.

      @@SK-jq8um I don’t beleive that at all because I never once had an allergy in my life until I got covid. People keep saying it’s underlying. I don’t see how that’s passively at 30 years old to develop life threatening anaphylactic episodes from a virus that I never once had before this at all.
      I didn’t even have seasonal allergies. The virus did something where it caused problems. They are showing now that the spike protien keeps binding to the h1 receptor
