I need to post videos of my car well both the tl and the STI as I just got my STI back and am currently tuning it but the TL I can’t get on it like you because it needs a clutch but great video.
When you are waiting for something or someone, you can lose motivation to keep going. I have my manual donor car to convert my auto to stick. My mechanic has a few other jobs to finish before he gets to me. I wanted to have him slap the Comptech supercharger on to keep me busy, but now he has me changing injectors, fuel pump, etc. lol I have to wait. Like you I have other toys but nothing as fancy as a Benz lol. Those projects require $ and dedication. I guess I’ll take my time lol.
I feel that bro lol everything takes so much longer(and ends up costing more) than you anticipate and it can really be tough to keep up with, but it’s always worth it in the end!! We just gotta keep going💪
Base tl or type s I’m looking into buying one but I can’t find one under 100k miles my dad has one with 230k miles so I know they can hold up but I’m scared to buy a high mile one
As long as it’s a clean well kept example I wouldn’t be too worried! I’m shocked at how many parts on this car are OEM and this chassis has 200K+ miles
Haven’t had a single issue so far! I’ve seen a few people running these for years with more power without any problems so I’d say as long as it’s a Type-S it’s completely fine, can’t speak on the base however as I don’t have any experience with that but I’m sure Andy @ Gerzy Bear Performance can help out with any technical questions🙌

I honestly never usually drive in the rain and I don’t commute so it’s not normally an issue, but it actually seemed to be completely fine even though I drove through a literal monsoon lmao I’m impressed

They’re the XLR8 catback tips, pretty much the only thing left from that exhaust hahaha😅
