Very nice features on the VTOMAN. Something not often mentioned is the storage capacity - you have room to keep cables, plugs and other misc. in the top cavity, plus there seems to be room for 4 beers right on top! Well thought out.

Nice you get all the cool new toys. I got cordless rotary tool. I bought a bench grinder this year. Definitely takes longer to take chain off and on but if it’s wrecked definitely better. I like the vise. I take the first one. 30 thousands is my good number for depth gage for me. Big saws can go down lot more. Keep up the good work.

WOW, that is a $2800 unit and they are having a sale for $1599, with the charging panels. There are some perks with a TH-cam channel that is successful. The weight is probably why it charges faster.

I'm with you on just wanting things to work. i even hate oil changes to my small engines, even though i know they're necessary. i love the new vice. i had one welded up based off one of your videos long ago with the one Kenny made for you. just an old C clamp on a steel plate. drill some holes and mount it to a board. This one is very nice.

Nice video Chris. Battery pack looks to be better than the others that you have reviewed but I'm still in doubt about the life/replacement cost for batteries. Nice job by Bert on the sharpening vice. If I didn't already have an actual small vice mounted to a work height (stand up and file) receiver hitch mount I'd be interested in one. As I've gotten older and my eye sight and hand eye coordination has gotten worse, I find that turning the saw upside down to do the weak side from the same side helps me keep things sharp in these "old man times". GNI

Chris for a 120volt motor to start it needs 162 volts of peak power, that’s the reason for the 3000 peak watts. You want your electric motors to last and not burn out. Keep on cutting

Nice looking vice. I see a couple of comments refer to it as a stump vice,,,,but its more of a tailgate or bench vice,,,,harder to come by than a stump vice. Much easier for me to sharpen a saw on the tailgate than bent over a stump, or on a log. I use to have just a little c clamp welded to little bar of steel with screw holes in it, mounted to a board. Over the years I lost track of the clamp but im still using the same chainsaw file jig that I've used since I was 16 or 17. FILE-N-JOINT, made by NYGRAN Industries.
Yup, it is for a tailgate and board mount.
I had one of the old stump vices which I found about useless, I cut the spikes of and welded a piece of flat steel on the bottom and made essentially the same thing that Bert did.
