Before checking the relay or fuse, please check carefully the hoses. From your video, starting from 0:56, the white hose connecting the EGR valve next to the secondary air pump is broken. This could be a potential cause of the code.

I have this code and I believe my issue may be tied to one of the hoses or the surrounding check valves. Is there a way to inspect those before changing them? I can hear my 2ndary air pump when i start the car and also there is a bit of a whistling metallic sort of noise...

I have the exact same hose, and it has a small hole in it. I’m going to try and replace and and tell you if that solves my code

This is only part of the diagnosis, the fault code description for P0410 is secondary air injection system low flow, which could be the fuse, wiring, the relay, the pump, one of the two diverter valves or (most commonly with higher mileage motors)clogged passages. There are chemicals and additives one can buy to clean the passages in the head without having to take the manifold or head off of the motor, along with a speedo cable on a drill to dislodge any carbon build up. When using these methods, make sure the exhaust valve is closed as to not allow any carbon into the combustion chamber, as well as with the chemicals, not to allow it to fill the cylinder up and cause the motor to "hydro-lock" and possibly bend a connecting rod.

Ur right i have checked everything to see was the problem on that P0410 code. Finally found the problem they where the air pumps air valves where clogged up with carbon. Either u can clean them or buy new ones. Once u take them out u can see all the carbon build up inside the manifold also.

Are you certain the black relay that you removed is for the secondary air pump? I thought it was the starter relay.

I am trouble shooting this right now. That relay is not for the pump. It is the starter relay for the engine. I jumped the contacts to get the pump to turn on and the engine started to spin. The fuse is correct one. I think the pump relay is inside the black box, where the fuse is plugged into, known as K40 relay module. Relay is not accessible unless you open the module.

Hey bro can you please please PLEASE help me out!? I'm getting three codes. P0410 P0174 P0400. Starting with the first. I have a 2002 Mercedes-Benz C320 Base 3.2L. I'm getting p0410 cel code. I've tested the secondary air pump directly and it works perfectly. But when I go to check the voltage at the 40amp fuse, nothing. There is no power at all when the car is off or on, cold or hot. I pulled the relay and checked it and it is functioning perfect on all terminals with 0.001 resistance. Am I missing something here? Why would there be zero power at the fuse? Shouldn't the fuse have a constant 12v and be wired in BEFORE the relay? I'm just about ready to pull out the entire fuse panel and rewire the secondary air pump. Has anyone had this problem before? Tomorrow I will pull the egr valve and tube for cleaning. Hopefully this gets me somewhere on the P0400 and P0174 codes. Does anyone have a diagram of all vacuum lines on this vehicle? I've traced and replaced a few lines, but I am very sure I have a vacuum leak somewhere that I don't see. I do not have access to a smoke machine. But would the cigar technique work? If so, where should I be pushing smoke in?
Any help is greatly appreciated! I'm not sure what other relevant information I should include. But whatever I am lacking, please let me know and I will immediately go out to my vehicle to get it.

Power is only intermittent at the pump, the first 60-90 seconds at (cold) start up and after a drive cycle for OBDII readiness monitors. Check the passages under the valves (one E10 bolt mounting it to the manifold) and make sure they are clear, you can even start the motor to see if you get a steady stream of exhaust from the openings where the diverter valves were mounted.
