I kid you not. I bought and installed SCITOO wheel spacers for my 2018 Toyota Highlander from Amazon. And let me tell you, it's a complete game changer i.e. night and day difference in drivability and handling. And the tires sticking at the one inch mark made the Highlander look and feel beast mode. I paired these spacers with the 2-inch Traxda suspension lift kit and I'm a happy camper to say the least. Best investments I've ever made. Cheers 🍻
Thanks for this video ..I purchase the spaces for from the link 9 orders @ $76 for a set of 4 ,free next day shipping ..1 week later they up the price to 100+ $$😂😂
Great videos. I’m from Houston too and I’m trying to find a place where I can get my 2016 rav 4 lowered, either springs or coilovers, and add spacers. Any recommendations?
Thanks for this videos man, what do you think about the Red caliper? is better painting or replacing the original for a red ones? can you teach us how to do it?
I got a 2018 highlander and planning to install some 265/40 r22's on it do you think it is possible to do so? Coz im wanting to install bigger rims than the stock 18" pls let me know your advice and thanks in advance
Thinking about doing the same thing with that exact size. I know it’s been done with that exact size, but they didn’t mention if it rubbed or not. The guy had a +20 offset and the wheels looked just like this, flush. Let me know if you get it done and if you rub at all
@@JJBanuelos I got my spacers install but I notice that both rears have insufficient amount of thread protruding thru the wheel spacers nut. Do you have the same issue?
So with the 1 inch spacers, that gets you to approx 5 to 10 offset? I'm considering going up on ours and looking for frame of reference. Thanks in advance
The link for spacers are made by Zy Wheels. Are these the same spacers you recommended? Im ready to buy the set but I noticed its black color and the Manufacturer is different.
If your factory wheel studs are sticking past the spacer I would not install them. More than likely you got some bad ones. There’s no other reason other than that. I would not bolt the wheels to them. Definitely not safe I’d return them & request another set.
@@JJBanuelos last question, and thanks for taking the time to look at these, Whats your overall experience with the spacers after driving on them for awhile? Any noticeable increase wear on the tires?
@@markybads9747 not every 500miles but only once after they have been installed to make sure they are fine. If they are you should t have to mess with them at all. I just came back from a Disney World trip which was a 2500 miles round trip & no issues
Where’s the link so I can order the same thing you got? It’s no longer available to order. Only 20mm left. I don’t think it’s worth it since it will still look sucked in the fender.
Unique build 👌🏽 Quick question hopefully you’ll have the answer from experience - with the 1”spacers installed do you think the HL can accommodate a wider tire size? My HL is currently running stock wheels/tires 245/60/18 but would like to possibly run a wider tire. What would you recommend? 255? 265 maybe too much?
I wouldn’t think so the stock 245 is 9.6” wide a 255 is 10” wide & the 265 would put it at 10.4” wide. The stock tires with the 1” spacer puts it right at the fender edge any wider & they would be past the fender.
@@TheGreekTsourekiEnded up installing 265/60 Yokohama Geolander A/T G015 and replaced the 1” spacers with 1.5” spacers all around. Gave the vehicle a wider stance and a bit of a poke. Removed the front mud guards for some clearance. Only rubs when reversing but pretty happy with the results.
Thanks for this informative video! 😊, I want to get these for my 2021 Highlander xse it has 20 inch wheels. Do you know if I can expect the same success in stance that you have? Now that you have had them on for some time have you had any issues or additional advise or suggestions? Thank you in advance, I truly appreciate it!
I believe that you're defeating Toyota's engineering to keep the wheels inside the wells for water deflection and wheel exposure. There is a reason for engineering, or they wouldn't do it.

What size tires and wheel spacers do you have?
Got the same spacers brother, just installed them today, lander looking mean with them, THank you!!!!
Awesome! Appreciate you watching the channel
Thanks for the vid. How are they holding up now?
Have you thought about painting the rings?
does it rub when the suspension goes down?
Hey, any long term advice and/or reviews on these so far?
Do you notice less sway when turning with the spacers on?
Hi can you tell me how installing the running board have same Highlander
Did you put spacers on the rear also? Or does it only work for the fronts? Thanks in advance.
Put them on front & rear

Are your wheels wider or stock ?
Hey love the Highlander
I got a 2021 Highlander and I would like to know where did you purchase this spacers?
Thanks
From Amazon. Check down below my description for Amazon links to the ones I used in the video
Thanks for posting
🍻
Where did you get that lip from and what is in your fog light area?
Check out the link below my description. I got it from Amazon
Is that good on the 2020 sienna se too,?
Planning to get one
Yup same lug pattern & center bore size.
With 1 inch spacers, did you have to trim anything off your lugs?
Nope these were fine. I know some other brands you might have too. These fit perfect
Do you think its possible to fit a 2jz in a Highlander?

I'd rather paint them then replace them. Nothing to them, maybe ill look into doing something for this also. Thanks!!
Do not replace the red calipers ever!! that's a -5 horse power a big no no just fyi.

Definitely can be done. It’s about a 1” wider than stock so getting the right offset will be crucial.

Love the look, but I'm thinking of going with 1.5 spacer. My question is Do you think I'll have any problems with the wheel rubbing anywhere?
Not sure 1/2 is a big difference. There’s only one way to find out.

Yes same that are on mine.

Thanks for the video I just ordered the spacer today. Quick question did you have to change out the lug nuts? Or did you go back in with OEM?
Used the factory lug nuts. Only used the supplied lug nuts to hold spacer to hub.

@Jas S with these spacers, you think 22x9 with offset +30 would be fine? Planning to get new rims soon.
Any advice on what a good set up is for HL 2022 for 22 inch rims?
I got some aftermarket street wheels 18 x 9.5 and the rim rubs on the metal in the back do you recommend these wheel spacers
Definitely they should give you the proper clearance you need.
@@JJBanuelos thanks the only thing I think they’re going to stick out the wheel well a little bit not to sure
I don’t trust 76 foot pound on a lug. Especially with no thread locker. Why not put the spacers to the same torque as the wheels.
Hello. Where are these made? Is there any guarantee they're made from forged aluminum?
I did a little more research and it seems Spidertrax is a reputable company who makes good stuff. I wouldn't use anything else.
