      Love love love these workouts! Just finished physical therapy (auto accident) and i'm in better shape from 2 weeks with your videos, than 12 weeks in PT. I also love that you get right into the workout without talking too much. This is gold. Hugs from the USA!

    I’m finally in therapy for my legs and doing well. Two years ago, I was in a very bad place after being in the ICU,then I found your channel and started to hope again. I started therapy in March, finished last week and will be going in to my therapist for a check-up. I love the fact I can exercise sitting down.     Thanks Mike done this twice. Cardio I enjoy as I cannot run because of a knee injury, but can do it sitting.

    Did this with no problem and really felt that I was getting a good cardio workout! I absolutely love it when you tell us to put a smile on our faces! It's at that point that I realize how serious I am !!!

    Wow! Good morning Mike. I just finished doing this new video comprising arms, legs, cardio and I coped very well. The HIIT exercise was a good test for me. I’ve been having falls lately not because I got weak legs but I’ve been tripping a lot lately. So doing this excellent exercise is a good find. Excellent video Mike. I can’t thank you enough.

    I had already completed your 10 minute HIIT routine, so after completing the upper and lower body exercises in this one I stopped at the 10 minute HIIT portion. Next time I'll execute this routines in its entirety. Very well planned: I like the varying speeds during the repetitions, especially the slow motions ones which enabled me to go deeper into all of the moves, especially the squats. I wish you would put this in your exercise compilation setup: it would be a vital addition. Thank you, Mike!

    Great videos. I just moved in with my mum because of her age (87) She did classes and even played tennis up until covid but has since physically declined. She likes your videos and is eagerly getting more active again.

    This is my favorite exercise video. I start my session with posture exercise (sometimes one of your early videos, Mike, when you were in front of a closet), then a resistance band exercise, then this one. A good workout.

    that was good, Mike. I've tried the leg strengthening and the HIIT as consecutive exercises recently, but it was good to have weights and the HIIT all in one session without having to do a change over.

    Very enjoyable. I broke my ankle in a fall 2 months ago. Not feeling secure yet about doing upright workouts, but the other three limbs want some fun. This program made everyone happy. 👍🏻

    Hi! This video was in my email today and is just what I was looking for. I am not sure how much cardio is enough as I have heart disease so I am careful not to overdo. I had no problem with this so will try to do it at least on alternate days between leg strength endurance. I hope to be seeing my cardiologist in two weeks so will find out how much is safe to push myself. Thanks so much Mike for always making our exercise fun and fresh😘

    This was great, Mike! Since squats are not my strong suit, I substituted one round of Good Mornings. Otherwise, all went well. Liked the extra challenge for triceps; needed to modify. Ended up loving the HIIT (although I didn't think I'd make it halfway through). Also adding a back stretch. Good way to end the week. :-) Thanks much!

    Really enjoying this good, all-round video, especially the HIIT section at the end. But the "dip" exercise for the triceps is very difficult because my wrists really can't take the strain. It feels as if they are going to break, and I daren't do more than two small dips.

    wrists too weak to do the dip exercises beyond 5.. Also do the HIT portion standing up. Is that okay? Love the session overall. Thanks.

    A kooky thing, Mike. I have been doing your systematic strength / balance exercises since 2020, when my car ran over me at the car wash. I can tell you Docs are astounded how strong and agile I am - at my age. My husband now has dementia. Tough to get him to do anything - and I am his sole Care Giver. Sooo ~ I take my laptop into the living room, next to his 'sofa' --- and exercise. The 'kooky' thing? He actually tries to participate! Who'da thunk it!?
