This is very helpful for someone that was never asked this questions for any of the jobs I had in the past. But moving here to Florida every interview asked this question an I be drawing blanks. I want to thank you for your video, I had interview with Ross today and the store manager and hiring manager said u nailed it and they said they like the energy that I bring with me and im now in the second step but I can tell they are so interested Thx alot appreciated
@@BECOMINGMonicaBellamy hi there the second steps is u have to wait for back ground checks then the HR sending you welcome letter which have alot of tasks u need to complete them including form I_9 FORM after that u ready to sign paper work not much then training and watching alot of videos so u can be ready goodluck
