I have an interview in a hour, I hope this prepares me 😓 (Edit) I ended up getting a job as a courtesy clerk and I have been working at Sprouts for 10 months and leaving in 2 weeks for college. It totally depends on your location and managers because they don't always ask the same questions. For me, I had all these question in the video plus a couple more because it was my first job. For those who are nervous about the interview process, don't worry about it much. The interview is super chill and lasts at most maybe 15 minutes. Make sure to be honest with your interviewer. Tell them if you're a student, how long you're planning to work there, and availability (don't just say whenever or everyday). For the most part they are super accommodating with your schedule. Hope this helps :)
It went well. I got the job and I've been working at Sprouts for 10 months. For my location they asked me all these questions, but it can totally depend on your location and managers.
I just wanted to help some people out. I had a phone screen for sprouts. The questions they asked me are why do you want to work for sprouts, what does great customer service look like for you and what is your availability. Also they ask for your work history.
There's nothing I hate more than having to interview, but this helped me out a ton. I recently went on to interview and just now got called back to actually interview with the department manager now. Hopefully it goes well too🤞.
They didnt ask me ANY of these questions today! Lol they asked me what is good customer service to me.. they only asked me if i would be available for any hours they would give me, and what was my last job and what did i do there
@@nyaaa2344 Hey interview was not your "standard." The manager made it clear that he was going to be leaving that store in less than 1 month and honestly just asked me my availability and that someone would "contact me" within a month? I got a call from that store like 3 days ago (so quite a while later) and no voicemail so not sure what happened.
I got the job but they didn’t ask me any of these questions But it’s still important to watch it anyway to get an idea of the company in case if they do
I got a phone interview with them and they only asked 3 questions, 1. why do you want to work for sprouts?, what does great customer service look like for you and what is your availability, and your work history. All within 7 minutes, i got a dude interviewing me but nothing to be worried about !! Don’t be nervous..
