Hi Vas, for me the changes thus far are no good. The best way to help the economy would be to increase the numbers for regency, especially in areas like Sarisu, Humra and Liman. Also not to increase the rents in favour for landlords. I know many people that are leaving Turkiye after spending years working remotely.
With all those changes, foreigners won't be purchasing anymore; too bad. We'll just go to a hotel.
Hello Vas. Thanks for the video. I just returned from Antalya on Tuesday having spent five days over the Christmas weekend there. I just wanted to ask one question: Have heard of anyone that bought a new apartment, off plan, where the property is advertised as an apartment and when the apartment is bought and he gets the Tapu the Tapu shows OFIS instead of apartment. Please let me know . The property is an apartment but the Tapu shows it as OFIS. Your help will be most appreciated 🙏
Hi Yusuf. Yes I ve heared of such cases. I suggest to stay clear of those cases. From What I was told, for Turkish citizens it is never an issue. For foreigners you never know.
