The reason we left was schooling the international school fees are insane and in addition so long school days.. we choose spain good public schools and many expats too plus they learn english..as you say portugal is even a cheaper option then spain and you get beautiful houses there too...I still love turkey and hope it recovers specially for the people there ❤
Yes, the school days are very long for all classes, I wonder when students get the time to study, finish their homework and rest a bit after a school day. Everyone who visits Türkiye fell in love with its nature and beautiful beaches.
Salam alaykom brother bilal, how are you and your family ❤ I wish you all a very happy new year and best wishes, we remember the lovely time we had in turkey 🇹🇷 we will never forget and we may visit again 😊
Hi thanks for your work ! 120 boxes is a lot for just a regular visit, I tought health insurance should covers those spending ? Also My wife and I bought 3 flats in Turkey, we are planning to move next year, but none of the flat we bought is above 200K, can those the sum of the total purchase, the 3 flats, counts ? Because it's way over 200K.
Hi, glad you liked it! Yep, the insurance should cover, but it seems the yabanci insurance is just to make money. As to my knowledge, the sum of all properties will do. But it is better to check with GOÇ Idaresi before or by calling 157 inside Turkey.
Hi Bilal, I would like to find out, what camara do you use to make all your videos? Your videos have been of great help, I went to Türkiye this year from August to September and loved Antalya so much! Going back in June until August because it was sooo amazing!
Hi, glad our videos are helping! We use Samsung S series mobiles and Dji drone and Gimbal. Both can shoot up to 4k resolution. Hope you will enjoy your trip!
Hello Sir I am going to Antalya in the middle of June . Is it better to stay in Konyalti or Lara beach ? Is it more economical to stay in Konyalti ? Would you say hotels are cheaper in Konyalti ? Regards Max
@@tiptopturkey great to know. I am completely unfamiliar with Türkiye and I want to visit and truly get to live like a local. I am thinking of a place to retire with my mother… and Türkiye has such an amazing family atmosphere and good morals/values. I want to visit and see if it is ideal for us to live. THANK YOU!
Hello my friend! Im going to live in Izmir alone for 6 months. What do you think is a good/fair price to rent a furnished apartment around 30-40 square metres?
Hi, yes, it is considered cheap if you are getting paid in a foreign currency a good amount. But in Turkey, the minimum wage now is 11,500 Turkish Lira net, which is around USD 390 as per today's exchange rate and 1/3 of the Turkish people get this salary. That is why West people with good retired salaries enjoy Türkiye and make a move.

Thank you! 😊
Thanks for sharing. It's scary and sad about this situation. I truly enjoy visiting turkey stay, as you said, getting expensive.
You are welcome!
Prices in USA are much higher than it was a year or two years ago.

Hi, we are good and thanks for asking. Happy New Year! Hopefully you will make another nice trip soon to Türkiye.
@@tiptopturkey😊in shaa Allah 💖🇹🇷
Shukran akhi we needed that update. We are considering moving to Turkey but have other options as well, like oman, or southern Spain.
You are welcome!😊 Good luck with your move!
If you wanna travel around the country you will be in a trouble because cars are ridiculously expensive. A regular inexpensive car here is ~$60.000
I used to visit Istanbul yearly . I’m canceling my vacation to Turkey this year because of high prices
Sorry to hear that!

Did the government recently changed the rule to a minimum of $400k in real estate property?
Hi, yes, only for acquiring a Turkish passport you need USD 400k, while USD 200k for residence permit through real estate.
I genuinely want to visit Türkiye for at least 3-6 months. Do you think I can live comfortably with $3,200USD a month.
Hi, sure, it is more than enough.

I heard food pricing is more expensive than USA here
Indeed, some items such as hotdogs are more expensive here but usually compared to the US, Turkey is cheaper.
@@tiptopturkey hot dogs? No one eats hot dogs here
Almost the same if not cheaper but it's hard to find pork unfortunately.

Rent for westerners is still cheap there at $500/month, here in sydney we pay $700/week, now this is insane!

You should compare salaries too, Australia has much higher salaries too!
Decent apartments in Istanbul start from 1000 dollars montly
House prices may be cheaper, vehicle prices are 2 to 3 times higher
You are right!
Hi, but is it still possible to buy and stay 90 days for each 6 months and then come back as a tourist (French citizen) ? Thanks for the video.
Hi, yes, it is still the same. You are welcome!
Hi there what City you would recommend for a family with 2 teens ? Probably going to private schools
Hi, private schools with english curriculum are extremely expensive. Maybe you can choose between Istanbul, Antalya or Ankara.
Thank you
Bro, Which place from LARA OR KONYALITY better for kids to stay in Antalya
