    Thank you both for such an in-depth video. All three properties are great. The 2nd home was gorgeous, but the sea views in the first and third homes are beautiful. I took a Princess cruise several years ago and we stopped at a port in Turkey (I can't remember the city, but in the area where you are). We took a land tour and had the most wonderful lunch at a home. The people were absolutely delightful and the food was awesome. I loved Turkey!

    This was a nice tour. I like when you do these in Türkiye. Keith is a go-to man for real estate there. Your both handsome and eloquent but that second hone was their home. Say it's depressing when you leave. It is well maintained but the vibe is heavy because the house has a story. Best wishes..

    Thanks again and again. It would be great to have one video (or more) with Alanya's location. I feel that Izmir is overpriced and very similar to Alanya, which is growing at a faster pace imo

      @TheWanderingInvestor  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Alanya is nice. But prices went up too much due to Russian demand.

    I have seen your trend of leaving the Mayan Rivera and you should do some videos on Bacalar Quintana Roo since it’s growing a lot actually, you should also do some advice on living or investing on properties in Other boosting luxury areas like Costa Rica, Ecuador, Bali, Australia and the UAE which all have boosting markets with property that can make you slot of money if you plan to rent it out mainly for vacation homes as these are tropical destinations that people travel to but when your invest in places other then the Mayan Rivera or Mexico in general you realize places like Analí, Australia, Costa Rica and defiantly the UAE are much more expensive except Ecuador though it is a bit less luxury for the same price as much more luxury in the Mayan Rivera and the properties are nothing like what you would find in the Mayan Rivera especially in places with its own architecture like Tulum.

    Be very careful before buying Turkish real estate, it doesn't appreciate very well, and the rental yields are quite low. You also have substantial geopolitical risks, and Turkey has limited property rights if you have tenants.
    One more thing is the build quality. Many Turkish builders cut corners. While Izmir is not on the fault line, an major earthquake could do major damage throughout Izmir.
