    Thanks to you I've finally made my decision on what law career I want to pursue. At first I was in between being a Trial Attorney and a Real Estate Lawyer, two total opposites. But you really cleared that indecisiveness I had. Thank you so much Tiffany!

    Hey, I just stumbled across this video. I’m pursuing a career in law and was debating on real estate law. Are there classes I could take in my philosophy undergraduate degree that would benefit me in the long run? I have a real estate course I’m required to take but I’m sure that would be more of an overview rather than in-depth material. Thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated!

    Was Property your strong suit on the MBE? I’m preparing to retake the Bar and Property was a thorn in my side the first go but honestly now I feel intrigued by the challenge of it. So is the practice of Real Estate Law best left to the Property whiz kids or is there hope for those that have to work at it in the MBE/Bar Prep world? Thanks!

    Hi, Great content in your video and I really like it. I am planning to get into law school but have not got a great LSAT Score yet so I am planning to looking for a real estate law clerk/assistant work to do first. I have some questions about it and hope you are able to answer that. Thank you for taking time to read my comment
    1. does it help for me to do a law clerk job before going to law school?
    2. how do I apply for such kind of jobs? (I have applied to multiple Law Firms but not a single phone call or interview yet, I have experience at Real Estate Company but not law firms) Is there a way to make me more competitive?
    3. Is there any volunteer opportunity ing this field for someone who has 0 experience like me? I am willing to work unpaid but I also understand that law firms may not want any inexperience employees

    I just started a new career as a paralegal at Real Estate Law Firm in Arizona. 6 months in and I love it! Do you have any general advice for a Paralegal in the specialty?

    • @TheRealEstateLawyer
      @TheRealEstateLawyer  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's awesome! Real estate is a great career. The best paralegals I work with are diligent, communicative, they don't sugarcoat tough situations, and they ask good questions. In fact, I think most of my real estate paralegals would be great lawyers if they took the leap to go to law school because they are great critical thinkers and problem-solvers. I think those things apply to any field, so there's no "magic" to real estate specifically. If you're loving it so far you will continue to for a long time!

    Question- if I’m unhappy with a title company closing, am I obligated to stay with them? Do I have options?

    • @TheRealEstateLawyer
      @TheRealEstateLawyer  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Typically no, but you will have to pay their fees and the new fees for the new company you choose. You will be paying twice for the same service.
