Responding to the question at the end - rereading my pages I discover I spent alot of energy trying to figure things out, when the problems simply went away or I solved them without a thinky response. Without the pages, I would have missed this.
"recognising the problem is a huge part of fixing it" Such a good quote 😍
Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment 🙏
I have been wanting to do “less but better” but feared being left behind. Thank you for this video. It appeared just in time
Fear is a big thing for all of us. Look out for a video on that soon. Thanks for the comment 🙏
Caring for an elderly parent pours loads on one’s plate. I find myself thinking, writing, and eventually saying out loud that I am only one person and can only do so much. I need help and deserve help as much as she does. It has eventually come to be and now back to working on my long term goals- the most important is inner peace and actually doing less. Writing helps with all of this, thank you.
Writing helps us process the mess inside the mind. Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Write positive thoughts.
Great poem, thanks !
Glad you liked it!
Establishing the practice of writing morning pages hasn't been easy, but I have found great benefit in staying present and setting realistic goals as a result.
Thanks for the helpful tips!
Good stuff. Keep going - but it's ok to have a day off sometimes...
I know this was posted 9 months ago but this is why I have limited myself 2-3 tasks in each category
Posted nine months ago or nine years ago, doesn't matter 😀 Self-inflicted overwhelm is commonplace...
