  • Thoughts and ideas can come thick and fast, especially first thing in the morning. But how to we capture all those thoughts and ideas? And is that even possible? Some ideas here for journaling, morning pages and how to get the most from technology when trying to capture your thoughts and ideas.

    Another excellent one, Martin, thank you. I use both digital and notebooks. The other evening, I went to an excellent talk, and there were some points to note down for when I start the recently completed first draft of my novel, which I will use in my next one, too. I used an app on my phone, and thankfully, those I was sitting with were in the know.

    This was brilliant thank you.. like you I also use many ways to capture those thoughts and ideas.. also like you recommended, I'm now trying out the notebook.. just a small one that I can pull out at any time.. time will obviously tell but I'm liking it so far.. one more thing.. I really like the way you set out the graphics.. I seem the follow and hold the information better... thanks again 😊

      I personally love them! It makes me think more creatively and I think I will remember things more vividly
