It's a shame that the Generations episode didn't have that detail, or honestly a lot of what really made his scene so emotional. Like, there was no build-up, it was in the sky, & then half a second later in his hands. It didn't zoom in on his eye, he didn't fall to his knees because of the overwhelming emotion, no brief & subtle silence inbetween "Floette..." & "It's been 3,000 years..." And on top of it all, the line was delivered like it was just a sentence. There was barely any emotion in it. Really disappointed, honestly.

I've played every generation since Ruby and Sapphire. I've played the Mystery Dungeon games, and the Ranger games. But I can say for a fact that this is the first Pokémon game to make me legitimately cry at the end. Like, full-on sobbing. Part of that may have been due to lack of sleep, but still... They did a dang good job with this one!

Wow, Game Freak pulled off one of the best Pokemon Games since the very first version in gameboy. I really liked how Game Freak transitioned their ways of telling the story to great details.

There are only two video games to date that have made me cry: Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Pokémon X and Y And not only have their endings made me cry, but I seem to cry every single time I see them. Well done, Game Freak. You've managed to achieve what is only matched by Hideo Kojima.
