FYI at least in North American standards the timeframe provided to notify customers of a breech is from the moment “the company” is notified. In this case, as an official representative, Ant was notified on March 20th. Regardless if Dan was notified or not. Dan could say he wasn’t notified at all and he would still be liable because the “entity” of Dan’s Pokestop was notified.

Shouldn't this be as easy as stating the TRUTH about the situation and take responsibility? Rather than explaining why they are not at fault or arguing with the public? Just my two cents
