I ordered a 2021 ram 3500 I’m getting it in 4 weeks. Those headlights are awesome but damn $1,900. That truck sure looks awesome. I went with granite crystal’ but back is awesome as well.
@@anthonyferraro remember the powerstroke and duramax has 40 % more moving parts in the engine. Cummins has been around senses 1912 the million mile motor.
@@markstewart3627 I’m assuming that was for the entire LED package right? So that includes fog lights, tail lights, headlights etc. I was just stating the price to replace OEM halogens with the LED’s is cheaper than using morimotos. I know because I just ordered mine to swap them out on my bighorn.
@@HectorGarcia-rr7lu I bought both headlight assemblies and swapped. Easy to do yourself and they look great. Check out the CJC video “Eliminating Chrome” he has all the part numbers. I used the same headlights.
I got mine all finished. I have no doubt that your truck like mine is always dirty. Are you getting tired of cleaning up all the mud on the side of it yet? I'm thinking about getting the OEM fender flares I'm so sick of cleaning it.

@@garypeebles6288 Gary the install of the rims didn’t take long once I got the tires mounted and balanced. The leveling kit took me a bit because I had never done one and that took 3 hours.

Do they still rub after trimming inner fender and bumper? Are you still running the 2.5 level kit or did someone come out with the lift to fit with the trans? Looks good btw!
Jason what’s going on. Unfortunately I have the 2.5 leveling kit. And yes the still do rub between 80-100% full turn. On perfectly flat ground sometimes they won’t rub but on an uneven surface or off-road they will always rub. I think I could cut some more of the false floor out but I don’t want the cab of the truck to leak or cut too much and have to caulk or weld to fix over cutting. All the best man!!

I have 2 questions, did you install yourself? Did you have any issues with adjusting the lights? I see the adjusting screw is in back of the light and once installed you’ll have to take off to adjust.
@@alcrawford5773 mine are off just a half inch. I wasn’t going to take it all apart to adjust it that little bit. I might do it when I put the body guard front bumper on

Hey Anthony, how are your headlamps functioning after your second set? I have been thinking about purchasing a set for my 2019 but, will likely go a different direction if Morimoto does not back up their product. hope you have not seen any moisture inside the housing on your second set.
@@anthonyferraro i have one more question on the other video you made, regarding the second set at 13:30, you mentioned you were not able to switch between all 3 modes and headlamps remained "ON" at all times. is that still the case? I hope Morimoto did not adjust wiring to have them remain "ON" in attempt to help moisture dry up with head lamp heat.... if issue has been resolved, what was the fix?
I'm currently installing this wheel set up on my truck and wanted to double check. did you have your front dually adapters removed for those front wheels?
@@anthonyferraro a major pain in which way? i actually bought front wheels from a guy that had them on his 2020 f350 so my plan was to remove my dually adapters and put on lug adapters going from 8x165 to 8x170.
Sergey that is the issue. I couldn't remember off the top of my head so I had to go look at the receipt. The fronts on mine are 8x165mm and the rears are 8x200mm
How many issues have you had with the turn signals and water corroding the wiring harness? My first set had the issue with the turnsignals not working and bad DRLs. My second set replaced under warranty have corrosion in the wiring harness that has caused the passenger turn signal to no work at all. I had these for 2 months and am very unhappy with the quality of these. Asked for a refund and they told me I had to go back to where I bought them for that. Now the place where I bought them is dragging their feet with responses.
I’ve had a ton of issues! I’ve been dealing with a guy named Travis and he said they weren’t going to warranty them. I’m move to the Alpharex headlight.

I still have them but I’m not sure if I’m going to sell them just yet. The Morimoto are having problems so I might need to put them back in while I switch.

@@josesuarez-di1np you know I’m not sure. I thought morimoto owned the retrofit source. I was very hesitant too before I finally spent the cash. They told me they were on back order for 4 weeks it ended up being 8 weeks I waited for them.
@@reyesvelazquez4987 that’s my bad!! Yes the light are 100% plug and play!! Morimoto are known for making products better than OEM. My only complaints is one headlight came scratched( I could have called and complained and they would have replaced it but I didn’t feel like taking the front end of the truck off again). 2nd complaint was I ordered them in October and they said I would have them beginning of December when really I got them January 3rd. Again, very small complaints but I just thought I would share.
@@anthonyferraro i have another question for you. So I went and order some and installed them today. But my light switch doesn’t operate how it should the off button doesn’t turn the lights off and when on auto the whole lights turn on during the day. Did anything like that happen to you?

Ram LED still feels like the right decision i made. Plus they rotate with the steering.
He has a follow up video showing all the problems with these. OEM is the right decision, and they are a lot cheaper

How wide are your tires mine is 37x12.5 they don’t run at all with a leveling kit

No plasti dip! I am personally not a fan. I took it off and sent it over to the body shop and had them match the paint! It was $275

Hey Reyes! The wheels fit perfect! Ram changed the rear lug pattern for the first time ever. So make sure you get the correct pattern
