I really appreciated Yeongja in this episode. I really disliked the mom in the third concern, but after Yeongja spoke up she really humanized the mum for and actually made me feel a bit for her. Honestly Yeongja is so precious.
I agree, yeongja has done a lot the past few episodes to really help the concerned and solve their problems. As the concern went on, I realized my mom has been the same way all along. I never fought with her because I somehow understood from a very young age, that the things she said were just because of her own insecurities and the things she went through as a child. That's why I immediately knew the mom had to have some background to react to everything so defensively. Now that I'm older and have moved out, she's opened up a lot more about the struggles she's had through life and I finally understand why she treated all of us the way she did. She will never change though, cause she's too stubborn, my little sister is that kids age and now has to deal with the same problem her older sisters did. All we can do is ask her to be understanding and woth time she'll grow a thick skin. I don't wish anyone to hear such harsh words from your parents, but if you do, in the long run, when you go out into the real world, you won't tolerate shit from no one and no one will be able to get to your because you had to be strong during childhood.
I always feel like she has a good way of calming people and always presenting her case in a long and friendly way. She always smiles even to the arseholes on this show and tries to keep both sides even so they don't feel attacked. I love her so much 💗💪🏻
The first concern made me cry when she said she worried about her son growing up. She is worried that her looks won't just be bothersome to her but her child now. I get how people can misjudge but do they have to be mean even after she tells them and show her ID?
From where I'm from, most of the adult women in their early twenties are really short and look younger than their age but this girl is a whole new level.
I'm surprised I haven't seen any comments about Baek Zyoung (the woman sitting next to the people who sent in their concerns). She is so kind and caring towards them! She was cleaning the baby's face, fixing the first lady's hair, brushing away the tears from the last girl. What a lovely guest!

I hate when they use the I got married too early and had kids during my youth, we'll you know what that isn't their fault that was either your decision or your mistake. When you have a kid own up to it and take responsibility. I know that you want to live and have free time because honestly who doesn't but don't be excessive. True you can rely on an older child for many things but they are not your personal nanny or maid you are the adult YOU are the one that should be taking care of your children not letting a kid take care of a baby.

This is why I love Yeonja. For the last concern everyone was mad at the mom and I understand but I love the fact that Yeonja pointed it out that the mom went through a childhood of raising her siblings so she matured and relied only on herself for support.
This last concern made me so frustrated, the mother acted as if she had done nothing wrong! Instead of making all these ridiculous excuses, she could try to own up to the fact that she made a mistake and that her daughter was having difficulty due to her. But she just constantly made excuses!

the boss guy looks like he's sucking out the wealth and luck from his employee-friend. You can't trust the boss guy's words if he always goes against it. That boss is a selfish tyrant and Taejoon is right to have his reported to the Ministry of Labor to get paid for the over-time work he's spent in the store he doesn't even own. *The employee has been working for 5 YEARS running the shop by himself*. He has regular customers that patronage the storage because of his skills as a sales associate. The employee guy needs his own business STAT since he's clearly able to manage a store by himself as long as he has the funds to start one.
I know, that poor girl was literally afraid to go on the streets, do basic things like doing groceries with her family or go out with friends. I also think that because she looks like a child people treat her like she was one, and that's why despite her age she talks or walks in a childish way. But at least she has a caring girl-friend and a loving husband that support her

I feel like that employee should automatically become the manager because not only he gives a crap about the store, but ironically does a much better job at being a worker than the (irresponsible) boss..... I mean come on, leaving the one guy to juggle EVERYTHING???!!! Who the hell thought this piece of sh*t was worth being the boss? Well certainly not me, that guy makes my blood boil!!! The Employee deserves a raise (maybe even become a boss and hire actual competent employees to work on time and in-house!!)!!!!
The girl from the first concern should undergo some some sort of appearance transformation if she wants to look older. If she changes her fringe alone it would makeher look a lot more mature. If she dresses a bit more mature as well it would also help, if she stops wearing T-shirts and sneakes and switch to blouses and mid skirts, even flats it will make a huge differenceon her looks South Korean fashion sense often makes people look younger compared to overall western fashion sense. I've tried to follow their trends on clothing, hair and makeup before and I made me look much younger
I agree. Although her features and voice initially make her look very young, I can still see aspects of her face that do show that she's not a kid. I think if she experimented with a different, more "adult" hairstyle and changed her fashion, it could help. Obviously it wouldn't totally fix the problem, but it could definitely help. There's a girl on my campus who was in my math class last year, and at first I thought she might be one of those genius kids who go to college really young (she looks about 12 at first glance). However, as I saw her on campus more often I realized she must be college-aged, just very young looking. She's very good at wearing clothes and having her hair and makeup in a way that makes her look older without making her look like a child dressing up as an adult.
she should start from her hair getting a sorter cut will make her look older also if she doesn't use bangs it will help and needs to die it in a proper color like theat girl group's color or beak ji young onnie's as they showed in the pictures she seemed to just died her hair randomly and didn't put puch thought into chosing a color that may suit her also she needs to put a proper makeup even lipstick alone will do wonders for her !! i wanted the show to do a make over for her but sadly they didn't
i really don't understand the third mom. but when youngja said something. i think that the mom is not bad at all. it just she don't have anyone to tell. to depends on. she always save it to the heart. that's why she always smiling. because she doesn't want to look weak at all. but some of the past should be gone for the new memory, not always we are going to have the youth again. and the father i hope he get some courage. just to justified between the mom and the daughter.
The last concern made me cry.... I could kinda relate to her but when I heard her mom said "I'm Sorry" and "Thank You" those were the words I've always wanted to hear from my own parents. There are times when I seriously do doubt my own parents love for me and my siblings. Times when I want to run away or think "what would it be like if I wasn't out in this world" The only way I get myself from thinking those kind of things, is by listening to music, watching KPOP videos or Anime. Words can hurt like knives, but they can also heal a person in an instant with just 2 - 3 words. I love this episode 😊

I'm 20 and people mistake me for being younger as well and I'm petite but I find it a compliment for looking younger and I mean it sounds nicer when you're older like say 30s to hear you're younger sounds nice since most people don't like to hear they're old but that mother could change her look ,to look older like for her hair if she didn't had bangs and or she could still keep her bangs and get a haircut but bangs usually make the face look younger for some people and I find it really awkward when people mistake older people for looking like a kid when they're not so she could change up her style a bit if she feels the need to
Im the picture of her being pregnant she's wearing a messy bun... Hairstyles s=don't really make much of a diffrence if you look so young. A lot of people think it will but honestly a messy bun, different bangs ect wouldn't do much to change the fact that she looks like middle schooler.
Yeah I agree hairstyles wont do much, you'll just be a young girl with a different hairstyle lol. For me I'm in college but people still say I look like I'm in HS. My hair is in long braids now and I thought it made me look older but when I went on vacation other guests still thought I was 15. I was out late around 2AM and a man said 'isn't it past your bedtime ?' so I feel her pain. I'm happy that people look out for minors but its annoying when your not underage haha
lol it usually depends on the hair style bc most ppl will think braids and buns are more for the youth since most woman either just leave their hair down or tie it but if they have shorter hair then of course they just leave it and it may not be a big difference but there might be some difference I could see her getting a bob cut with curls and if she wore a bit of lipstick and it's not just the hair but her fashion choice but it is hard if you look so much like a minor and I get what ya mean some people just assume they're right when they trust on people's image that they see when they could be wrong.
it does help she needs to get a shorter hair cut and doesn't have bangs anymore than choose a good color to die her hair with !! it will help really make up does wonders as well

Ah I don't know, I really like Yeongja. I think she is such a great person. She's funny but also knows when to be serious and has such a great way of talking sense into people.
I too felt sorry for the mother at the end, especially when she mentioned that she is the eldest (and that too to five siblings ). It must have been hard for her. Being an elder sister myself, I understand her. I'm like a second mother to my brother . The eldest sibling in any family is expected to be a good example to their siblings. I too have many times in my life wished for an elder brother/sister. The eldest one is always blamed for their younger one's mistakes and they(younger ones )are even pampered the most. So it kinda develops a strong attitude like the mother has in this case. So she just needs some time to introspect about her life and should feel sorry for her daughter. This show is really great. I like the way the hosts are trying to analyse everything by asking so many questions. Great counsellors indeed!!!👏👏👏
I understand the girl's concern in the third one to do with practically raising her brother because me and my littler brother have an age difference of nearly 10 years so I practically raised him while my mum was finishing her degree and even now I still look after him every day of the holidays, I take main control over him even when we go out to eat and look after him after school up until my mum comes home around 6-ish but even then because she's so tired I need to ensure he eats, and does homework and showers and sleeps on time to be able to wake up. By looking after him I mean: food, changing clothes, monitoring him when he showers and changes and washes up in the morning, pick him up and take him to school, put him to sleep, help him with his homework and give him help with his timetables - so I understand her being fed up of being her younger sibling's mum

The difference between the 1st concern and the 3rd concern though. You have a young mother who is worried about her son for something she can't change (her looks), while the middle aged mother is putting the burden on her daughter for a decision that she made to marry young.

I'm actually annoyed if you're going to be like that then don't even bother being a parent because obviously you can't take care of your own kids and only think of yourself. I have a friend who's mom is like that and is still like that even though my friend is leaving the house for college soon. She had my friend young but sister had her first born young as well and isn't like my friend's mom at all. Some people just aren't meant to be parents.
My aunt has a voice like a kid. One time when she ordered a parcel and it wasn't coming she called and the people refused to talk to her thinking she was a kid and kept telling to give the phone to an adult around.

youngja is a godess really !! actually she made think from the mother perspective more !! i was so mad at her that i didn't really try to consider her postion but when yongja onnie talked i understood her more!! she is totally in wrong specially seeing her husband as well suffering because of her and how she is treating her well but the good thing is she isn't doing it from bad intentions she used to hold so much responsibilities at a young age and with her husband passive character she found her self again holding almost full responsiblity because she may have felt like if she didn't protect her family no body well with that mindset she thought she was the one who is sacrificing more for her family getting the most stress and she believed she should receive just as much leisure time to compensate for her stress !! actually her husband's behaviour made her even worse because he was courage enough to face her neither point out her wrongdoings also he made her feel like she couldn't lean on him so naturally she took all the controle which made her more agressive !! hopefully the mother does change so her husband !!

Yeah i really hope people mind own business instead of judging people. As someone who looks older than my age, i was 18 years old and my youngest sibling was about 2 months old and at that time was my sister graduation day. Only parents allowed to entered inside the hall so i had to take care of my youngest sister and other 3 siblings under me. We were sitting at waiting area and there were a few middle age women walked close to us and ask how old the baby, i said 2 months old n one of them slap my arm and yelled at me why did i even bother come here when you are supposed to be at home resting to recovery. And after that just went away without listen to me.

the boss guy looks like he's sucking out the wealth and luck from his employee-friend. You can't trust the boss guy's words if he always goes against it. That boss is a selfish tyrant and Taejoon is right to have his reported to the Ministry of Labor to get paid for the over-time work he's spent in the store he doesn't even own. *The employee has been working for 5 YEARS running the shop by himself*. He has regular customers that patronage the storage because of his skills as a sales associate. The employee guy needs his own business STAT since he's clearly able to manage a store by himself as long as he has the funds to start one.
I feel like the first concern was underestimated.... That concern was a big worry.....
I know, that poor girl was literally afraid to go on the streets, do basic things like doing groceries with her family or go out with friends.

The girl from the first concern should undergo some some sort of appearance transformation if she wants to look older. If she changes her fringe alone it would makeher look a lot more mature.
If she dresses a bit more mature as well it would also help, if she stops wearing T-shirts and sneakes and switch to blouses and mid skirts, even flats it will make a huge differenceon her looks
South Korean fashion sense often makes people look younger compared to overall western fashion sense. I've tried to follow their trends on clothing, hair and makeup before and I made me look much younger
I agree. Although her features and voice initially make her look very young, I can still see aspects of her face that do show that she's not a kid. I think if she experimented with a different, more "adult" hairstyle and changed her fashion, it could help. Obviously it wouldn't totally fix the problem, but it could definitely help. There's a girl on my campus who was in my math class last year, and at first I thought she might be one of those genius kids who go to college really young (she looks about 12 at first glance). However, as I saw her on campus more often I realized she must be college-aged, just very young looking. She's very good at wearing clothes and having her hair and makeup in a way that makes her look older without making her look like a child dressing up as an adult.
she should start from her hair getting a sorter cut will make her look older also if she doesn't use bangs it will help and needs to die it in a proper color like theat girl group's color or beak ji young onnie's as they showed in the pictures she seemed to just died her hair randomly and didn't put puch thought into chosing a color that may suit her also she needs to put a proper makeup even lipstick alone will do wonders for her !! i wanted the show to do a make over for her but sadly they didn't

i really don't understand the third mom. but when youngja said something. i think that the mom is not bad at all. it just she don't have anyone to tell. to depends on. she always save it to the heart. that's why she always smiling. because she doesn't want to look weak at all. but some of the past should be gone for the new memory, not always we are going to have the youth again. and the father i hope he get some courage. just to justified between the mom and the daughter.

I'm 20 and people mistake me for being younger as well and I'm petite but I find it a compliment for looking younger and I mean it sounds nicer when you're older like say 30s to hear you're younger sounds nice since most people don't like to hear they're old but that mother could change her look ,to look older like for her hair if she didn't had bangs and or she could still keep her bangs and get a haircut but bangs usually make the face look younger for some people and I find it really awkward when people mistake older people for looking like a kid when they're not so she could change up her style a bit if she feels the need to

Im the picture of her being pregnant she's wearing a messy bun... Hairstyles s=don't really make much of a diffrence if you look so young. A lot of people think it will but honestly a messy bun, different bangs ect wouldn't do much to change the fact that she looks like middle schooler.
Yeah I agree hairstyles wont do much, you'll just be a young girl with a different hairstyle lol. For me I'm in college but people still say I look like I'm in HS. My hair is in long braids now and I thought it made me look older but when I went on vacation other guests still thought I was 15. I was out late around 2AM and a man said 'isn't it past your bedtime ?' so I feel her pain. I'm happy that people look out for minors but its annoying when your not underage haha
lol it usually depends on the hair style bc most ppl will think braids and buns are more for the youth since most woman either just leave their hair down or tie it but if they have shorter hair then of course they just leave it and it may not be a big difference but there might be some difference I could see her getting a bob cut with curls and if she wore a bit of lipstick and it's not just the hair but her fashion choice but it is hard if you look so much like a minor and I get what ya mean some people just assume they're right when they trust on people's image that they see when they could be wrong.
it does help she needs to get a shorter hair cut and doesn't have bangs anymore than choose a good color to die her hair with !! it will help really make up does wonders as well

I too felt sorry for the mother at the end, especially when she mentioned that she is the eldest (and that too to five siblings ).
It must have been hard for her. Being an elder sister myself, I understand her. I'm like a second mother to my brother . The eldest sibling in any family is expected to be a good example to their siblings. I too have many times in my life wished for an elder brother/sister. The eldest one is always blamed for their younger one's mistakes and they(younger ones )are even pampered the most. So it kinda develops a strong attitude like the mother has in this case.
So she just needs some time to introspect about her life and should feel sorry for her daughter.

I understand the girl's concern in the third one to do with practically raising her brother because me and my littler brother have an age difference of nearly 10 years so I practically raised him while my mum was finishing her degree and even now I still look after him every day of the holidays, I take main control over him even when we go out to eat and look after him after school up until my mum comes home around 6-ish but even then because she's so tired I need to ensure he eats, and does homework and showers and sleeps on time to be able to wake up. By looking after him I mean: food, changing clothes, monitoring him when he showers and changes and washes up in the morning, pick him up and take him to school, put him to sleep, help him with his homework and give him help with his timetables - so I understand her being fed up of being her younger sibling's mum
Yeah but your mom has a legit reason for being dependent on you the one in the third concern is just lazy as heck. She has a lot of time for herself but she can't even raise her own child. I'm seriously wondering why this woman even had a child in the first place.

the first concern left me feeling bad for her. I can almost understand her frustration and struggles because she just wants people to realize and understand that she is a married woman with a child and that is she is of age and she is not an underage single mom and she wants to be respected as an adult who is married and has children but as if for me I would like people to understand that I'm just helping out my parents by picking up my 9 and 1 year old brother's on my way back from school and that i'm not 16 and pregnant
i was so shocked when the first concerned said she had a son like i legit was so shocked and had to pause the video. The height difference between her and her husband is big though, i could understand why people would misunderstand. on a second note her baby is soooo cuteeee!!
The difference between the 1st concern and the 3rd concern though. You have a young mother who is worried about her son for something she can't change (her looks), while the middle aged mother is putting the burden on her daughter for a decision that she made to marry young.
The mom is extremely childish and selfish seriously why even get married and have children if you're going to be like that? I'm actually annoyed if you're going to be like that then don't even bother being a parent because obviously you can't take care of your own kids and only think of yourself. Your kid may like u now but later on,,,yikes doubt she'll stay around you any longer.
I have a friend who's mom is like that and is still like that even though my friend is leaving the house for college soon. She had my friend young but sister had her first born young as well and isn't like my friend's mom at all. Some people just aren't meant to be parents.

youngja is a godess really !! actually she made think from the mother perspective more !! i was so mad at her that i didn't really try to consider her postion but when yongja onnie talked i understood her more!! she is totally in wrong specially seeing her husband as well suffering because of her and how she is treating her well but the good thing is she isn't doing it from bad intentions she used to hold so much responsibilities at a young age and with her husband passive character she found her self again holding almost full responsiblity because she may have felt like if she didn't protect her family no body well with that mindset she thought she was the one who is sacrificing more for her family getting the most stress and she believed she should receive just as much leisure time to compensate for her stress !! actually her husband's behaviour made her even worse because he was courage enough to face her neither point out her wrongdoings also he made her feel like she couldn't lean on him so naturally she took all the controle which made her more agressive !! hopefully the mother does change so her husband !!

As someone who looks older than my age, i was 18 years old and my youngest sibling was about 2 months old and at that time was my sister graduation day. Only parents allowed to entered inside the hall so i had to take care of my youngest sister and other 3 siblings under me. We were sitting at waiting area and there were a few middle age women walked close to us and ask how old the baby, i said 2 months old n one of them slap my arm and yelled at me why did i even bother come here when you are supposed to be at home resting to recovery. And after that just went away without listen to me.
