It's a crankshaft position sensor, and nowadays first things first you better connect a diagnostic tool to check for any faults and missing/out of range parameters before firing parts canon. Peace
Not sure if that is Speed sensor because I replaced with new one but mechanic said it lost memory not starting any advice will appreciate your help God bless (307 1.6)
Would this also be the cause of lack of pressure from the fuel pump and cause it to stall whist driving also where the f@#k is the fuel pump relay please as I've done everything from new spark plugs coil pack search under ecu for relay and change battery other than setting fire to it would this be my best bet for why mines not working ?
Just adding my 1.1 not starting, check ALL the fuses, I found one for the MFD (center clock thing) was blown and once replaced car started. Now onto why it keeps cutting out when cold
I have a 2006 206cc it is only firing on 2&3. Got a fault code P1337 apparently related to crank sensor. This sensor did have a bad connection I fixed that but still only firing on 2 cylinders. I think the ecu is cooked 😒

Answering your query, the problem I have highlighted in my video is common to a lot of cars these days, so my advice is check out your crank shaft angle censor.
@@evansleif7905 Do you know where to locate the crankshaft angle sensor in Peugeot 307 2003 XR? I have done many tests so far, including spark plugs, fuel line, fuel pump, fuse box but no problem found yet. I think the same now to look for a crankshaft sensor. But do you know if the engine light should be on for such a case? I have no light on.
@@gotrips3211 The engine light won't necessarily be on in the case of a faulty crankshaft angle censor, and as for locating it, normally at the front of the clutch/flywheel housing at the front of the engine facing forward. I'm not an authority on exactly where they are located on various other makes of cars but they'll definitely be around there somewhere, perhaps at the back of the engine instead, but definitely somewhere on the flywheel housing.
