CPU FAN CONTROLLER NOT WORKING! Easy fix (GA Z170 G1 motherboard) I7 6700 CPU

So I bought this lovely used motherboard a few months ago online, and it came with some bended pins and also the CPU FAN was always working at 100% and BIOS FAN CONTROL didn’t work, every other fan was controlled from Bios, except the CPU fan. The issue was a small smd resistor located right next to the CPU FAN SOCKET (connector on the motherboard) that wasn’t making contact at the soldered point. It was not soldered anynore to the board on one end. I hope this video helps someone out there with a similar issue.
