- Growing up in a home where we almost always ate 3 home cooked meals a day, eating at home has always been a part of me. Unlike my mum who had her own business as well as some form of help, I am a busy nurse working 12.5 hour shifts, wife, mum of 2 and of course a TH-camr! And definitely have no hired help whatsoever. Meal prepping ensures that we always eat good nutritious meals everyday knowing under what conditions they were prepared, and what ingredients went into them. Also, it helps save money that I can use for other things... like my dream outdoor kitchen, and a butler’s pantry 😩🙏🏾🙏🏾. I hope this video gives you a much needed motivation to start meal prepping as well.

Oh my God, she cooked about 20 dishes. After washing from beginning to end I went to sleep because I felt like I did all that cooking. I felt accomplished lol. You are a super human. I wish I had your strength and stamina
I believe she is the cleanest an fastest cook I have seen on TH-cam!! The food is not my style but I could relate to alot of it...I can just imagine you cooking soul food...the way you mix the various meats and express detail in adding flavor you can see the love.

I remember years ago eating a dish, with a red tomato base stew. Fish was added, but it cooked for hours. The taste was super good with wonderful spices, and hot to the taste. It was served over rice., as a fish soup. The guy that prepared it was from West Africa. I feel cheated, he didn't cook turkey wings. Lol
