Cook My Crowd Pleasing Party Fried Rice With Me / Ghanaian Assorted Fried Rice

- Here’s another winning fried rice recipe that you simply must try. Trust me, this is a real crowd pleaser, you know the kind that you anticipate to be served at posh people’s events when they invite you. Well, you can enjoy this at home, or better still make this for your next event! That hostess with the mostess title will be yours for life! Try this and please let me know how it went❤️
Ingredients:
4 cups jasmine rice precooked and chilled
4 chicken thighs
8 oz beef sausage
½ lb pork belly
200 grams cabbage
½ cup sweet corn
½ cup green peas
½ lb carrots, diced
½ of a large onion diced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons avocado oil
1.5 teaspoons white pepper
½ teaspoons chili flakes
4 teaspoons grated ginger
2 bunches Scallion, chopped (about 2 cups)
3 large eggs
1.5 teaspoon salt or to taste.
1 teaspoon beef Better Than Bouillon
