Just got back in the season of singleness! Yes! I am 5 mos sober from an unhealthy attachment to probably my right person at the wrong time. Thank you for being a blessing and a messenger of God to reveal his wisdom & knowledge about things i shouldve equipped myself with before diving into a relationship.
wow i totally resonate with your situation too. i was also in the season of an unhealthy attachment towards my relationship with my right person, wrong time. i still honestly don’t know what the future would hold about me and my “right person, wrong time” but God is teaching me patience and this season of singleness again! I think it’s also important in that waiting season to not just wait around and expect but to do life, grow and learn, not just with the Lord but in your hobbies, interests and dreams as well. To be content and happy in your singleness and in yourself. Your singleness is a time of learning to love God and love yourself to be ready for when that partner come along.
I was feeling really lonely and sad today. I cried and asked for any sort of sign. 20 minutes later...I landed on another video of their channel and I scrolled through their channel because it made me happy and found this gem of a video. ❤️
I really needed this series :) I've just surrendered my needs and love to God and I feel amazing :) I'm 22 and am still so how which isn't uncommon but I know that feeling of watching everyone fall in love :) I was not committed to God but now....I've given and devoted my life to him. He has showed me that I need to strengthen my bond with him first :) and now...I don't feel the urges I felt in regards to finding love. I'm completely content in his love and I will continue on this path :) thank you! I'm inspired

We will wrestle with our flesh for as long as we are on this side of heaven but God is there with us, He knows, He cares and He can be trusted. I totally relate to the prayer you prayed asking God to show you if that man was your husband ... and even though I am still single I am so grateful that God showed me that He is protecting me through the closing of doors.
Love this video. Riley, I really thought about how awesome it would be when you said to book a flight go on a trip,. That when we are single we have that freedom. And when you were talking about people asking you why you weren't with someone that's because most people look at us from the outside...oh because I'm pretty I have to have a boyfriend.. kind of mentality. When they don't see that it's what is inside of us that still needs developing. The Lord is still designing me and molding me into someone who can receive such a blessing (a godly man) thank y'all so much for this video!!! You two are so inspiring!

Yeah I feel like now that I'm enjoying my single season...I'm scared by the thought of relationships. 1) Because there is so much brokenness in people 2) God always does more than double. That means your potential spouse is great. That also adds an element of "well what if I'm not that great when they arrive". God's blessings can sometimes be overwhelming and the thought of it is tough. I know this is a lame comment...but...you know...monsters hide only in the dark....🤷🏻♀️
