1, 0:43 being a perfectionist 2, 1:42 living in regret and constantly pitying yourself 3, 2:20 being offended and holding on to it 4, 3:07 being who others want you to be 5, 3:43 waiting for inspiration 6, 4:28 toxic relationship 7, 5:03 curing boredom with social media for hours 8, 5:25 not sticking to your opinion and intuition

I am a student and I have a major state level camp coming up but I just cant get away from my phone. Thank you for this video, came on the right timing 😁
For the people out there and psych2go, I wanna ask bout : 1. *How to not living in regret and constantly pitting yourself?* 2. *How to not be offended and holding onto it?* 3. *What's the sign if you're succeeding in doing those ways?* I've been considering bout all of the problems in the video up till now, and I'm glad that I've found the solution for most of them (in my case), though there're still some that I need to maintain. But for those 2, I still really have no clue and yes that's trouble me a lot in daily lives for years, though I've been thinking and doing different ways to solve it. Ps: I wont take your oppinion and suggestion directly. But maybe I can learn smthng and get inspired by it. Thanks btw ^^
Answers: Q1. How to not live in regret and constantly pitying yourself? I will do my best in every living second of my life; and if I ever regret those decisions, I'll try to focus on the positive outcome/influence/impact instead of the negative. To cope up with my mistakes, I shall hand-picked the lessons and apply them in my life. Q2. How to not be offended and holding onto it? Maybe one of the many reasons why I'm offended is because I expect everyone to like me; maybe I don't have sufficient/adequate self-love, I don't appreciate myself for what I really am and instead believe the others' opinions on me. I will let it pass, take a deep breathe and say that “I am good enough. I don't have to be accepted just to be happy". (Ps. What they said may be true, that's why I'm offended, if so, then I would reflect. But I won't be defeated by those naysayers. I'll keep on moving, because in life the only way to move on is to move forward towards the future. If I hate me today, then I'm gonna build myself to become someone I'll be proud of. Every living second of everyday.) Q3. What are the signs if you're succeeding in doing those ways? I feel happy, free, light-hearted. My life began to take on colours, it becomes lovely, no expectations (no heartache) just positivity and trust in God and His plans. I learn to cherish what's important and what's healthy for me; my circle of friends, and opportunities expands, more blessings and attracting good people that would help me build my future (part of my life), I can rely/depend on, and empower me during my weakest, lowest moments.
I live in regret over what I did that has permanent consequences, like marrying an abusive person. And divorce also has permanent consequences that will lead to more regret.
Staying with an abusive person has so many consequences too, mainly on you and your mental health. Do yourself and everyone who loves you a favor - Run for the fkn hills my friend. Best of luck. 🤗

The art style is my favorite. So cute ☺️
I LOVE this voice.❤
Being a perfectionist has given me many opportunities, people tend to choose me over someone else and now I am earning because of those opportunities.
Glad to see that your perfectionism pays off! :)
Loved this video! So relevant right now. Definitely sharing it with family and friends❤
I’m really trying to change #7. In quarantine it’s hard to find entertaining things to do all day, So many times I’d find myself waking up/ going to bed watching hours of tiktok or scrolling through Instagram. The last week though I’ve been catching onto it and I’m really trying to break the habit.
being a perfectionist is a bad and good trait.
I have managed to downgrade it so it isn’t such a huge part of my life, which was hard to do. But when I started to process it went down by itself
Thank u so much for this video. I think it will help me and I hope so. There's a few points that I I identify with the most, and I needed to hear those words!
Everything that YOU said makes complete sense 🙂
Time wasting might be the result of being blocked to do what suits you. Find that cause and start avoiding it and removing it from your life.
Sammary-
1.Being a perfectionist.
2.Living in regret and constantly pitying yourself.
3.Being offended and holding on to it.
4.Being who others want you to be.
5.Waiting for inspiration.
6.Toxic relationship
7.Curing boredom with social media for hours.
8.Not sticking to your opinion and intuition.
Hope I came of a help maybe...tell me if you liked and do you have these signs?😊
Best of luck!

hope you a good luck.👍
I think a long and tight hug would be perfect right now.
For the people out there and psych2go, I wanna ask bout :
1. *How to not living in regret and constantly pitting yourself?*
2. *How to not be offended and holding onto it?*
3. *What's the sign if you're succeeding in doing those ways?*
I've been considering bout all of the problems in the video up till now, and I'm glad that I've found the solution for most of them (in my case), though there're still some that I need to maintain.
Answers:
Every living second of everyday.)
Thank you for this. 🥰
Loved the video, Its a nice little summary of things that I try to remind myself
I really enjoy abt how their videos call me. Out in the calmest way ever
I think this was one of the cutest Psych2Go videos yet. Such adorable animation!
