"oiled up radagon is going to be much better than an oiled up mohg" - Youwy 2024
5:44 “an oiled up radagon is better than an oiled up Mohg” Ayoo Mohg just can’t beat these allegations!! Give my bro a break
cant believe we have oil up meme in elden ring
Melania vs Rellana who wins oil-soaked
Miyazaki always delivers.
Do the Tarnished Shaker
now i see miyazakis vision
He knew EXACTLY what he was doing with the oil tear😭😭😭

I just can't handle this, my kidney hurts
I'm getting oiled up for Messmer and so is he whether he likes it or not
Overwhelmed by the backshots.
Your really turning him into a slippery snake.

“An oiled up Radagon is gonna be much better than an oiled up Mogh” Spitting facts 💯. Good video.
Bro needs to take his mandatory vacation,
Thanks for testing everything, your efforts are much appreciated
The dlc is how he cashes out to get money for a vacation lolol ❤
and then Miyazaki said you will be able to be Sekiro in Elden Ring DLC and that's what happened
SL1 no shield run gonna be very interesting with high skill people abusing this tear.
5 mins is a long time for a boss fight.
Only problem is without mod, taking down those nasty golems to get the tear might be a bit challenging.
Love the deflect tear been a game changer.
sekiro tear 🔥
Only reason i could beat the final boss on ng+2
Makes me wish that it was a a normal mechanic instead of a temporal buff, it feels like playing a different game now lol
@@ElectricSh33ps I can see why it isn't and five minutes is quite generous for a tear. Been kicking ass using it with the fire knight greatsword. Brought one boss down to a third of his health just deflecting twice and hitting with fire spear to crit him. So nutty the dmg with guard counters.
I downloaded a mod that gives access to it at level 1. Im doing a playthrough with it right now.
Part of me wishes the new deflecting tear was a talisman or permanently on a weapon. Anyway nice video bro!
Or just an ash of war you can equip on certain types of weapons
@@felixcote1697 yeah exactly, basically anything other than a flask
Hopefully its just a mechanic in whatever game fromsoft makes next
@@atomicwiththreeos Lies of P balanced it so well, I hope they take inspiration, felt super rewarding without being cheesing like pontiff or Gundyr, but unlike Sekiro you still had the option to play it like a souls and dodge almost everything
@felixcote1697 almost everything at least, you gotta learn the parry eventually for some of the later bosses. Unless... you dabble in the dark arts of actually using the consumables
Oil tear, no armor, catch flame run sounds hilarious - greased up dead guy in the lands between
The sekiro crystal tear should have been a mechanic in the base game 😂 or at least giving this crystal tear at the start of a normal new game
Making it a great rune would work
should’ve been a talisman
or maybe exclusive to small shields or something
Yea but at least we got it!
A new Key item for the DLC. Does what the tear does and the tear version helps build staggering with PERFECT guards.
Honestly, a slightly weaker version of the deflect tear should just be a feature, not locked behind a crystal tear
That’s what I was hoping for
something like a talisman, it does the exact same thing as the tear but you take more damage, something like that
@@slimetunersis5373 I disagree, I think it should be a full feature, think of the variety it would add to gameplay, I think a good mix or dodging, jumping and deflecting in order to avoid damage would improve on the already great combat loop in this game.
It’d make blocking with weapons far more viable.
I was thinking they could add a unique katana with deflect being the ash of war.
They could make it not have bleed in order to balance it out and not be the best weapon in the game.
bro the Oil Up build... we can finally fly
I was hoping this would come out today!! Thanks homie!
Youwy, youre a legend! Thanks for these vids
Cant wait to see your weapon reviews for this dlc! Your in depth reviews after I finish my blind playthroughs make it seem like I have a lot more things to try out especially because i dont have the time to always research and theory craft builds and items all the time and kinda just want to play ❤
I love watching your builds they are so helpful, I never optimize mine cuz I don’t want the game to be too easy but your builds always give me so many ideas!
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE SUMMON LIST
Great video youwy
Cool video, waiting for more!
idk oil soaked tear sounds like the best one from the way you’re describing it 😂
Youwy, you've been on fire lately! loving all these tier lists! :)
Goated video, goated streamer day 6
love ur videos bro
appreciate how you're pumping out these vids
Who doesn't like bad info
Played a pokemon style build with the Yoda summon and the summon boosting physick and he was dojng work dude not gonna lie, pretty funny way to play the game 😅
Thanks for the consistent videos, so much content can be hard to parse without stuff like this.
good work man
Deflecting is just so good, I actually cant play the game without it now.
Sounds more like a crutch
@@CLARENCErr omg your so right dude, having to learn the perfect deflect timing for every attack a boss or enemy has is way to easy I should be playing the game no hit, rune level one and fist only, oh and no hands to I gotta use my controller by controlling it with my feet bc we all know your not really playing the game if you rely on these "Crutchs", bro shut your goofy ahh up when did crutchs become a toxic term in the souls community a lot of players play the game once and then stop they aren't like you and me who challenge themselves to do harder and harder challenges and thats perfectly fine if they are having fun using blasphemous blade, full tank armor and Mimic on every fight then thats fine bc its how they enjoy the game, me personally I enjoy Sekiro combat its the best in any fromsoft game in my opinion and the deflect tear in elden ring lets me enjoy that play style so why would it matter if it made the game easier or harder for me?
Not gunna lie you been cooking with this content keep grinding.
I love these vids wish they got more views you deserve it
Oh the blood one is definitely going to be equiped by me. Is just what my blood tax build needs
I loved how many times you said “oil them up”
Cerulean sapping cracked tear with spinning gravity thrust and Malenia's great rune is seriously good.
The grind you have committed to is crazy
Beautiful bro! 🎤🦖💛
Oiling up Malenia and hitting her from the back with your hammer is crazy
Awesome video! I would love a good Great Katana build.
I remember finding this channel when it had less than a 100 subs and being like wow this dude is showing all the weapons, spells etc and he might be big one day.
80k subs 2yrs later is criminal, he deserves waaay more than this for the amount of work than goes into this level of content.
rememberance weapons it would be a nice idea for next video. Thx youwy for ur content.
Common Youwy W
I hope you do a somber weapon list soon I have been using your list to collect every item in the dlc since I own every item in the base game , good work 👏
thank you for the big yap attack
make whatever videos you feel like doing youwy. The Dragon-Hunter Great Katana is my new favorite weapon in the whole game, a charged Dragonwound Slash deals big damage, decent poise/stagger damage, and it uncludes a decent jump forward so a lot of attacks miss you, and you also get some hyper armor, it's like a jack of all trades type weapon skill. It also look sick af imo.
They really got creative with some of these tears. I appreciate the innovation
The Viridian Hidden Tear seems like it was designed to compliment specific skills that are available to some of the new unique weapons in the DLC that can be repeated until you run out of stamina (stuff like Unending Dance from the Dancing Blades of Ranah or Spinning Guillotine from the Putrescense Axe), but I'm unsure how worth it that actually is in the grand scheme of things
Would looove to see some kind of weapons ranking video
Viridian Hidden Tear pairs well with Cerulean Hidden Tear. The issue with Cerulean by itself when casting big spells like comet is that you actually run out of stamina before Cerulean is even over, and you waste some of its usage, but with the stamina one as well you can really spam spells. That's my take.
Yeah the oil part earned my sub
Top 10 or Top 20 best weapons would be great. Really impressive vids since the DLC release Youwy. Well done.
Rememberance items ranking would be 🔥🔥🔥
ranking the new unique ashe's of war, and like a top 10 dlc weapons sounds like some good videos :D
i’ve kept the perfect block tear on since I picked it up. So fun to use on a sword and shield build.
I’d love to see a top 25 best weapon video! But anything would be cool.
I really wish they made the deflect mechanic part of a talisman. Cheers for the video.
Used the oil tear + fire shrouding tear for a certain boss in the dlc, worked wonders
Deflecting hard tear is really fun especially with the new great hammer. It is easy but it feels really interactive kinda like playing a normal action rpg. Does a shit ton of poise dmg :)
Respect for getting these vids out so consistently 🫡
i would really love a video for all the unique ash of wars that are only for their specific weapon. cause those are all the ones that werent in the ash of war video
5:04 "As you can see in the gameplay over here i actually have malenia oiled up i just hit her from the back a couple of times with my fire based hammer and she just gets overwhelmed"
definitely would like to see a top 25 weapons
Youwy and Chrightt are the only youtubers worth watching for non-lore content. Miss Chalice for cleavage related lore. Which is the best kind of lore.
Bangers everytime, keep it up man.
I wouldn’t write off the sapping tear straight away. If you think of it from a game dev perspective why would they in fact make the healing so crappy? It’s probably because it’s meant to stack with other healing items like the talismans or the spell beastial vitality that regens hp over time. That being said I understand wanting a more up front payoff type of tear.
Do the whole weapon ranking and add it in if it gets patched. I would love to have a longer video from you
the hidden viridian tear paired with the hidden cerulean tear allows mages to spam stars of ruin, which can be handy as an alternative to comet azur or meteor of astel on enemies that are a bit more mobile.
The deflecting hardtear is so good, one boss that I was completely struggling with was gaius and switching to this tear I absolutely demolished him 1st try of switching.
I think top 25 best weapons would be good, thx for ur hard work bro
tests with the boss/remembarence weapons would be cool :)
You could do something like you did earlier like one ranking video for smithing weapons and one for somber. A top 25 would be pretty cool though.
I used the deflecting hardtear against Renalla and it was a blast. It was also a lot easier as well, the Milady has a great block counter animation, it comes out fast and hits twice. It also seems to poisebreak a lot as well.
Deflecting Hardtear is really cool, but I'd argue you could already often hit Elden Ring bosses during wind-ups, in-between combo attacks, or by jumping over certain moves and attacking at the same time, even with colossals. It's certainly way less "turn-based" than the previous Souls games, except Sekiro.
The Oil one is actually really unique and cool. I don't use fire builds but really cool concept.
A top 25 best weapons list would be so cool
That entire oil-soaked tear segment had me going “PAUSE” every 5 seconds
The deflecting tear reminds me of Lies of P, great game. The perfect guards were really fun.
You gotta do a tier list for the summons
I’ve had no idea how the deflecting tear works, and seeing that I get to play sekiro in Elden ring is awesome
That infinite stamina tear could make for some crazy strats on mohg paired with like spinning slash on a bleed scythe
A Top 10 or 25 best weapons would be wonderful!
I am currently going through the game with my dlc character on ng+ now. The viridian tear allowed me to make EXTREMELY short work of Mohg when I equipped 2 reduvias lol.
ranking top 25 weapons would be awesome :)
you were having way too much fun with the oiled up jokes😂
I was mindblown when I first saw that deflecting tear
Sekiro parry tear sooooo fun with the backhand blades. Even if you get hit out of the guard counter animation some times
A top just 10-25 weapons video would be great
One combo that comes to mind with the sapping cracked tear is the executioners sword. It hits so many times rapidly, I think it would be a banger combo. Usually you're using an arcane build with that sword also, so I'm thinking you could throw out a couple of dragon breath spells, pop the cracked tear, use the executioners sword, and get all your fp back.
I keep going back to the Blasphemous Blade. I'll use something else for bosses sometimes, but for exploring the Cerulean Dew Talisman just made it for me. I can wander around and never use a flask of anything. The BB heals my HP, and the Talisman heals my FP.
It's not great (or even good) but I love using Crimson-Sapping with Bloodsucking. Other forms of passive HP regen would be better, but I love how anime it is to have a power-up that increases your damage while draining health, while also being incentivized to keep up the pressure by attacking to regain health.
top 20 sounds good !
Best Elden channel
Deflect tear is awesome!
#5 sounds amazing for wild strikes
