This Korean Fire Chicken Sandwich is seriously so dang delicious. Each bite is spicy, cheesy, and incredibly savory.
This easy griddle recipe is packed with flavor and cooks up in just minutes. Today we're using the Weber Slate Griddle to fire it up, which has plenty of space for lots of sandwiches.
Inspiration from this recipe comes from the Korean dish Cheese Buldak, a skillet with fire chicken topped with mozzarella and broiled in the oven.
