Enjoyed the recipes! From an ex Londoner to NZ, excited to have a new Slate and looking forward to more recipes. Jamie - I'd love a Kiwi/Aus twist on your original kedgeree as we can't get haddock here, but we have excellent smoked fish, maybe a few Asian spices would be great, please.

Wow got the big guns out. U have to tbh its double the price of Blackstone 4 burner here in NZ. Why do u feel that is? Blackstone is not exactly a cheap and nasty option
