    Fasting with low carb is easier because the lower insulin spikes tha come when eating few or zero carbs make it easier to surf the hunger waves.

    Would be nice when mentioning Blood Sugar levels in mg/dL and convert to mmol/L. This way we know when listening to
    your podcast

    Hi! Thank you so much for this! I just ended my first 24 hour fast… I don’t know if having MS makes me feel more off balance, a bit woozy, weak… I mean, yes it has in the past… so I’m just going -slowly. Thank you!!

    today I was at an animal farm and looking at those animals didn't make my stomach growl even though I was 37 hours in to a 48 hour fast.
    But when I went to walmart, looking at that watermelon, bananas, mangoes, kiwis, grapes, etc... made my stomach started to cry out loud.
    If I was really designed to eat meat why don't I get hungry looking at animals as I do looking at fruit?

      Hi there! I don't get hungry looking at live animals either but put a juicy steak in front of me that is a different story! Everyone is different and that is why we support ALL peoples choices when it comes to whichever lifestyle eating habits they decide to do.

    I had pcos ..cystiv ovires but form last 6 months cysts disappear but irregular periods....
