Great question. I think you need a minimum of 200 connections to get access to it. Best way is to go on a bit of a blitz and start adding people who fit your niche and the person you want to connect with
I would say to do one carousel a week and post every week day seems to be what many creators are doing. what you have mentioned seems like a great plan if you can keep to it
