    What about eatable mushrooms ?? Nowadays mushrooms are also said to be a good source of Vitamin D.

      Some mushrooms if exposed to the sun will have vitamin D, but please do check levels regularly.

      only if sun grown or exposed to sunlight , it will give u d2 , it is usually otherwise fyi( not sun activated)

      my DMinder App says ..its usually 9am to 4 pm in india but can vary slightly depending on yr location
