Most other cooks are too long winded in the beginning, sometimes opting for the never-ending ingredient roundup to start. But Mr. MIH always posts videos we want to see, that are not too short or long! And his voiceover is so enjoyable that I had to adjust the speed back to normal so that I could catch his personality and humor throughout. Thanks for making your channel so viewer-friendly!

You ever think of doing a sauced special? Different dipping sauces, burger sauce, wing sauce, yum yum sauce? I feel like you add an awesome twist to alot of what you make and id be interested in something like that.

I'm using seeded rye bread, swiss cheese, and just thousand island dressing mixed with the onions (animal-style)

BY FAR the most important part of this tutorial is the EXCELLENT advice on the onions! The vast majority of home cooks simply don't take the time to caramelize onions (and other veggies) properly. People get in a hurry, turn the heat up to high/med high, and then the onions scorch without enough liquid being cooked out. That means burnt, soggy onions. NO GOOD! Low and slow wins the day. Same thing with mushrooms. You have to give the process enough time so that the liquid is slowly cooked out. Wet food does NOT caramelize properly.
