  • Here is a little flow with some yoga, stretching, and strength to help keep your lymphatic system moving during this time. Perfect for boosting the immune system and detoxing out the environmental chemicals we are exposed to. This is also great for any time of year when you need a little boost to your system.     Great video!
    I’m putting in a reminder for each night to do this flow, I could do with the stretches to gain some flexibility!
