Nice! I bought this but haven’t used it yet . I always used to use the elf eyeliner lock and concealer duo. It’s straight liquid but it mixes and turns shadow into liner . I think I will like this stuff a lot!!!

I recently got a holographic eyeshadow palette as a gift, I've tried it a couple of times but the fallout annoyed me and I ended up with glitter all over my face, even using eyelid primer. I think this product mixed with the shadows would end that problem, thanks so much for this video!

Is this smudge proof or waterproof? I have hooded lids and the eyeshadow always transfers to my lids
