Hi! It's not completely waterproof. But it's water resistant.

I scrape out the pigment using the spatula. You can use a toothpick

I have a small review about that Inglot Duraline too.
My colourpop pomade it made my eyebrows really waterproof and smudge proof.
I do have my unedited videos about duraline Pero I just upload my haul first then next my duraline video.. naunahan moko mag upload but I do love this video.

It won't mix well, oils don't mix well with water. Assuming duraline is some type of oil.

Very pretty. May I tell you something to try? On breakouts -- dab some Clean & Clear gel [Salicylic Acid] and right on top Clearsil cream [Benzoyl Peroxide] it seems to clear them quickly.

Ignorant to correct someone's English without their asking. Especially a poc. You never know if English is even their first language, and overall it's just obnoxious.
@Grimmreadings - I think she was just trying to be helpful, not intending to offend. For example, When I'm studying another language, I appreciate when someone lets me know if I'm not pronouncing correctly, etc. Just my opinion, but I think the way someone approaches it matters... like, if they are just trying to be kind or helpful, you know? That was how it appeared to me, though I could be mistaken.

@@MsLaviniaful The brand is Ingot and there's Inglot stores. I've been to an Inglot store in North New Jersey and one in Manhattan. Since they're not near me, I usually purchase from the Inglot website.
