Sana gumawa rin po kayo ng video para sa price range magkano ang kailangan gastusin para ayusin ang na turn over na studio type unit para iparent at mas ok po ba ang bed space rental sa studio type unit or mas ok po pag buong studio unit po ang iparent?       I recommed the owner will pay the condo dues. Isama mo nlng ng rental rate un condo dues.. you can advertise rental rate inclusive of condo dues.

      Ang ginawa ko po, tumawag ako sa Smdc customer care, then tinanong ko yung mga requirement for unit turn over, and pinadala po nila sa email ko yung SPA form and list of requirements....

    Hello po,meron po akong unit sa Wind,Residences gusto ko po sana ibenta or ipa Renta gawa ng hindi ko po mabayaran monthly payments sa Banko ng dahil sa Pandemic,sana po ay matulongan nyo ako na kumita kong hindi man ito mabinta ng sa ganong makabawas sa aking monthly payment sa banko or d kaya monthly Dues,salamat po🙏

    Good day. I got one bedroom unit condo & parking lot fully paid @ Fame Residence. Also, I went to fame last October 8, 2020 because I received my letter of acceptance. Unfortunately, I did not sign the letter of acceptance. Hindi pa complete yung amenities plus my parking lot is not available. This is not what I expected living in a condo. Then, I received a second email stating that on November 27, 2020, I must sign the letter of acceptance without delay.
    After almost one year delayed for the turn over, now asking the unit owner to sign the letter of acceptance maski incomplete yung goods and services they offered before. Not fair!!! Dapat nga, they should offer freebies to compensate their shortcomings. Once I signed it, mag start na yung payments ng dues maski against my will. I read sa ibang SMDC project, delayed din and last recourse ng ibang unit owners is to go on air kay Raffy Tulfo.
    Can I have your opinion and advice regarding this scenario. Thanks.

      Sorry to hear about this.. Regarding sa hindi pa ready un other amenities, common po talaga ito sa mga newly turnover condos. Sometimes amenity will be ready ba after 6 mos or 1 year. Dun naman sa Parking Lot mo na hindi pa ready, you can call SMDC Customer Service to ask for Temporary parking while not avail pa un parking mo.. This is for approval ng SMDC, coz sometimes not yet safe to park pa because of the construction materials.

      Yes, I advise the i accept mo na un unit. On my experience sa pag papaupa.. Yes meron nag re rent kahit hindi pa ready un amenities.
