I was 14 and had a bit of acne and pimples on my face. I was at a Sears store. A woman approached me asking for my assistance. I said 'Sure'. I followed her to the boys clothes section of the store where we walked up to a little boy about six years old standing there. The woman looked at the little boy, pointed at me and said, "See? THIS is what happens to your face when you eat junk food." I ran away crying.

I’m terribly sorry you had to go through that dude. I have had acne since I was eight due to allergies and also I went into puberty earlier. I constantly was mocked and insulted by others. That woman is a jerk who probably has some self esteem issues and needs to bully people to make herself feel better

My mother once told he that she hopes my future husband beats me "because maybe then I'll learn to stand up for myself" after I refused to yell at a cashier for trying to sign me up for a rewards card that I didn't want/need.
Later on, she not only denies this exchange ever happened (she's really big into the whole gaslighting thing, on top of everything else) but says that even *IF* it did happen it was somehow my responsibility to "get over it" because it's apparently 100% my choice to have any sort of negative reaction to my mother wishing a life of domestic abuse on me and that she finds it "really hurtful" that I'd dare to "blame her for how I overreacted" to what she said.

The woman throwing herself to the floor reminded me of this time I was buying a gift for one of my family members alongside my cousin. When I went to the speedy checkout, since we each only had one item, a woman proceeded to butt in front of me. I saw nothing, just make a scowl, like any 16 year old. She proceeded to get huffy because her coupon was expired and started to have a tantrum. This full grown woman, with greying hair, was acting a third my age. My cousin, who is younger and doesn’t understand many social cues, proceeded to point this out aloud. The woman stopped and tried to get in my cousins face, but I just yelled “touch her and I’ll drag you back to your daycare!” She scowled and left the line without her stuff.
I’m just happy that my cousin handled herself in high school better than that situation.

Honestly I worked in the supermarket as a cashier. And most of the time when someone is having a tantrum about something minor it's someone in their late 40's. worked 2 year's or something there and only had two children throw a tantrum and about 10 fully grown adults. One of wich got physical

My mother asked how much money I got from walking a neighbor's dog. This was her usual route to ask for the money and I really didn't want to give it to her so I told her 20. My sister blurted out that I got more and i made a face at her. My mother got pissed and preceded to alienate me throughout the week.
It was driving me mentally crazy because she wouldn't talk to me or give me bus money for college, I at one point was severely injured and cried on the floor while she listened and did nothing. I went into her room breaking down and crying, begging her to talk to me. She turned it around saying how I should be thinking abour how I made HER feel about the money incident. I stared at her dumbfounded and walked out without closure and I took careful watch of her emotional manipulation from there as a narcissistic parent.
I, a child, was shunned and ignored to the point of me breaking down at her feet and she tried to paint herself as the victim.

Dude... I feel that dude being brushed off when worried about his pay. I was stressing out last month because my numbers were low and it was the end of the month so I couldn't do anything to bring them up. My manager said: "Well, don't worry about it. What's done is done." This was just days after being reminded how important our numbers are. When he realized I wasn't going to stop worrying about it he dropped this gem: "Well, I guess it doesn't matter what I say because you'll be mad no matter what." He sucks at reading people and knowing what to say...

Back when I was a cashier at a movie theater concessions, I got into this groove where someone would hand me their card, I swiped it through, then slid it back across the counter to the customer in one quick motion.
I did this same move with one woman and she looks at the card on the counter suspiciously, hands it back to me and says “could you hand it to me and place it in my hand like I did for you?“ I did it of course but I just found it so odd.

I used to work at an auto parts store and I was running up a regular customer that would always pay in cash byt he would just toss the chabge all over the counter and I had to pick it up, catch it, pick it up off the floor whatever. He'd just stand there and chuckle while he did this. Finally I did the same thing with him investment when he didn't have the change. He didn't like it and never did me that way again.

That would happen to me at Starbucks during my time there. It was only slightly less annoying than the people that would LITERALLY throw their money at me then get offended when I'd place their change on the counter in such a way that it would "accidentally" fly everywhere (aka I'd throw it back so subtly, it looked like I placed it on the counter on camera).

One time my (now ex) friend came over to my apartment crying her eyes out because her boyfriend had been flirting with other girls via text message. So I'm outside consoling her, and the guy pulls into the parking lot. She tells me to go back inside so she can talk to him alone. (First "is this bitch serious" moment.) A few minutes later she just waltzed in, bringing this tool into *my* apartment and laughing and smiling because they're back together! (Second "is this bitch serious" moment.) She even jokingly said to him "oh, I think she doesn't like you now!" And I made no attempts to correct her. Then it was super awkward (for them) until they left, because I was *pissed* and not hiding it like I usually do. Later on we stopped being friends for different reasons, but I damn sure told her she should probably stop wasting her time on that asshole. She defended him.
Byeeeee lmao. Don't waste your time on "friends" that treat you like a free therapist and then refuse to listen to your well-meaning advice and also put their boytoys ahead of your friendship 100% of the time ✌️

I had done something similar with a man who emotionally and then physically abused me. We had split and I moved out. He came and apologized to my mother and then me. I thought we could make an attempt as he gave all these promises and I still cared for him so much even after the pain. He went to the Korean army (mandatory for male citizens) for two years, and I bounced because the time away brought me to the realization that I was afraid and didn’t trust him. Definitely lost some friends due to that event, I didn’t use them as a therapist and would be theirs in a heartbeat (as I usually tend to be even for family.) But respectfully I understood they didn’t want what was going on with me in their lives, even though it really hurt to lose them. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My first wife left me for a guy she met at a bar. I was in the beginning stages of a long maintenance mechanic career and making decent money. He was a minimum wage city worker.... two weeks after she leaves she calls and asks for 125$ for an alternator.... I lol, slam the phone down (back when it was on the wall.) And go about my day. The next day she calls and says "I got the alternator, can you put it on?" I lol and said "you've gotta be kidding me. Have your new boyfriend do it." Her: "He don't know how." Me: "good luck."
Two more weeks goes by, she calls and says "I'm pregnant." I said "congratulations, we both know when we had sex last was. It ain't mine." She calls me the next day saying he beat the crap out of her when she told him. I asked her " what am I supposed to do about it." That was the last time I spoke to her.
20 years pass and my wife and I finally move back home. I join the lodge. On my first day I see her son. It's obvious who he is. Blew
His mind when I said "hey Wyatt."

In the early 2000's, I worked at a second hand store in a very diverse small town. I was putting some things out on the floor; my manager came up to me and spent almost 15 minutes explaining how Mexicans aren't real people. I let her finish and then informed her that she was talking to one (I am very fair skinned, but my paternal grandmother was full-blood mexican). The look on her face was priceless!!! Like WTF lady🤦‍♀️

Yeah, it's just funny how one always forgets or just plain doesn't know about skin tone. I have a cousin whose father (my uncle)is a full-blooded Mexican, and even though he carries the clearly Spanish/Mexican last name, his skin, as he would describe it, is "about a shade or two darker than albino," and he also has curly light brown hair. There were plenty of times during his time as a police officer that his skin color seemed to diffuse a fair number of house calls and traffic stops.
His favorite time, though, was when a couple of neo-Nazis tried to recruit him while he was still in uniform...until they saw the nametag. According to him, they immediately stopped with the pitch and just walked away - I guess they figured it would be best to not try anything more with a 6'4" sculpted man with a clearly visible gun. As a quick aside, my cousin hates anyone even remotely like neo-Nazis.

My mother is highly manipulative and me being forced to mature faster, I decided to mirror her logic and one day she told me that I shouldn't be tired from doing almost all the housework because I'm a man. I'm 13, I had school, I rarely get free time and have to impede on my sleep time for it. Anyway, one day we got into an argument about "my behaviour" and both of us were going back and forth and I remember what she said when I was tired and I told her that just because she was a woman that she didn't have extra privilege and she grabbed me and shoved me into a wall and choked me. Afterward, 2 days later, sh was talking and I was still upset but I gave clear body language that I heard what she said (it was first thing in the morning when I woke up, and im not a morning guy) and she followed me again and grabbed me again and tried to take my headphones from me Andi pulled back and she shoved me into the wall again and I lost it and yelled at her and told her that this was on her because I didn't even do anything and I left to go live with my dad and she called on the first day if was sleeping there which she has never done before and (theyve been in legal issues before (mainly her issues) and told my dad that I was still a minor in some type of nonchalant way to try scare him and he asked since I was a minor why'd she press my neck and she tried to say I was trying to fight her first not even trying to deny it. And eventually my dad HAD to send me back to not get in trouble. Still even now 4 weeks later she still tries to say it's my fault she did it or she tries to blame Satan (shes a "Christian").

I know you would rather she not get in trouble, but she's got a psychiatric condition she needs help for. There may be no other way to get her help. Do what you can given the complexities of the situation. ❤ Good luck, good health, long life, and happiness.

I dont think she has a condition she's just some sort of narcissist where nothing is her fault. And she does act and put on a face for people in public so she does know she was wrong she just doesn't want to admit it. She's the type of parent that would rather just start acting nice rather than apologize, but given her views on life its no wonder she doesn't. To her, HER hurting YOU means YOU have a problem with HER. I don't like it here at all and she actually did say she was going to "Get her Police Friend to come to my Dad's and Lock me up because I'm such a man" I fucking hate her man.

At my very first job, I was about 20 years old working at a restaurant. We served our drinks in Styrofoam cups with plastic lids. A lady comes up and ask me for a straw, I apologize and inform her that we are currently out of straws.
She looked me dead in my face and said "then how am I supposed to drink it?" 😐 I literally froze looking at her like that's not a serious question right? So I made the drinking gesture and she stormed off. . My manager came up to me afterwards because he was nearby on the expo line and he asked me " did she seriously just ask you that?" and I was like I hope I didn't do anything wrong, I just really didn't know it to say 😶. He reassured me that I wasn't in trouble and I didn't do anything wrong and I was probably going to meet more people like that.
I never liked people very much before my first job but in that moment I had come to accept that I think the general population isn't very intelligent and has severely bad problem solving skills. That job was like my first real experience interacting with a lot of strangers. 11 years later and my opinion of the general population has only gotten worse. a lot of the problems in the world i started to understand why they even exist in the first place and I could not imagine a world without laws or just having someone in charge because I don't think the average human is capable of functioning without the existence of other humans.
I do believe they're a genuinely good people out there and I definitely know there are some intelligent people out there but oh my gosh does it feel like a chore to interact with strangers most of the time.

I work at a jewelry store and it was busy and I was helping a lady out for her daughter’s piercing, fine, I can get it done. She’s giving me mixed signals and when I ask her to clarify, she starts giving me an attitude and getting aggressive. I go to ring her up and she starts yelling at me about all this stuff she didn’t want and instead of just explaining what she did and didn’t want, she goes ballistic and tells me that I’m scamming her out of her money with a bunch of customers around and when I say to my manager that I’d like help understanding her, my manager says she wasn’t yelling at me and does the piercing instead of me. The rest of the staff explains to the manager that she was, in fact, yelling at me. It overwhelmed me so much that I had to step outside and cry. Like allowing abusive customers/patients, not being concerned about pay errors but still expecting us to work, not giving a flying F what's going on with our health and family life and just expecting us to be at work and do our jobs. It's disgusting. Like, idc if you are not babying me because of my tragedies and misfortunes, but you dam sure should have a wellness policy that when people are experiencing health or family issues, to be able to take off paid or unpaid, with no regrets or worry.

I have Tourette’s syndrome and it’s sometimes hard for me to focus in quiet without ticcing. It’s like I get this feeling that the silence needs to be filled. Noise-cancelling headphones or headphones with white noise help.
My mom is big into card games and we typically play a few every night we visit her at the lake house. We have family over this particular weekend, an aunt and some cousins, so I’m excited to play cards and I grab my headphones. She then berates me for not wanting to socialize with my family. I try to play without them, but I keep having to put my head down, exhausted from trying not to have a tic, and tapping my hand so I don’t get the more painful tics. My mom and sister then start telling me how crazy I look and I ask to go lay down. My anxiety is through the roof and I need to take some breaths. At this point in my life, I had a coughing tick that was extremely painful to my ribs, so I was in chronic pain all the time. I actually broke a few ribs and was healing off of one of them. Finally, my mom said if I’m not going to play that I should just go home. Drive to an a half hours back home. At this point, I’m crying. So I’m sitting there, crying softly as I play a fucking card game with my cousins, mom, and sister.
Finally, it ends and I go back to my room and start packing up my stuff. Of course, mom comes in to tell me to apologize to my family. I respond with I thought she wanted me to leave, and she Berates me with how immature I’m being. My sister, who doesn’t always get it but tries to, let me cool off in her company. She likes to play devils advocate for our mom so it’s not always helpful but it was enough to get me to calm down. I should’ve left.
For reference, I was like 26 years old for this.

She acted like she did so much for me when literally she was doing the bare minimum of her job description. One day, she said: "I had a student like you once. Do you know what happened to her? She called me the other day to THANK ME 😌 because she had gotten her dream job thanks to MY guidance." I never thanked her for anything after that.

Got a good one, a couple years ago I worked at what is essentially an apartment complex as a security guard for physically/mentally disabled people who can't live on their own. It was a cakewalk job but one night 30 or so minutes before I get off shift, I get a call from one of the residents complaining about a fire alarm that had been going off for the past 30 minutes. At this moment 3 things go through my head. In short they culminated to "oh shit the place better not be burning down", "of course this would happen right before I could go home", and "someone probably left dinner on the stove and left to run an errand." So I get up and head over to the building I got the call from. Sure enough as soon as I walk out of the office ( the complex consisted of 4 individual buildings. Building 1, 2, 3 and then the clubhouse/ administration. I was in the administration section of that building) I hear the alarm. It was fairly quiet, but loud enough that I could just barely hear it. So I rush over there and start really listening to the alarm to see which apartment it was coming from. I found it pretty quickly and I could smell smoke. I knock and announce myself as security a couple times and got no response, so I use the provided master key and let myself in. As soon as I did I was ENVELOPED in smoke and found a pot of pork an beans on the stove burning (not on fire, but seriously smoking, so I freaked out a bit and ran through the apartment searching for anyone inside. I find the one who I'm pretty sure was the tenant's nurse who was lying in bed. I'm TERRIFIED at this point and start shaking her awake. She woke up wondering what was going on, I told her that she needs to get up and vacate the apartment until I can get it vented out. She asked me what I was talking about and I asked her "can't you hear the smoke alarm?" (It was so loud it was near deafening) she straight up said "no".
All in all it was fine in the end, nothing burned down and noone was hurt. Still to this day one of my most bizarre nights on the job.

I have so many moments like this at my job (working in an amusement park freaking sucks) but one of the most memorable was not with a customer, but with a coworker.
See, we were very understaffed and stressed out one day and my coworker, who was supposed to be doing the register while I was the runner (I got food, drinks, etc. for the customers) just. Walked off. So I had to take on her job as well as mine, all the while having no goddamn idea where this girl went. Fast forward about 30 or so minutes and she suddenly comes back, butts me off of register, and then has the audacity to snap at me for taking too long (see also: taking like 3 seconds to process what the hell had just happened) to get the customers' drinks. She said, "Can you get their drinks? Like you're _supposed_ to be my runner!" I almost quit that same day, but my mom convinced me to stick it out until I find a new job first so that I don't go without an income. I'm going to look at a new place of work on Thursday that hopefully has a _much_ better environment.

Worked in a supermarket and I know that having good coworkers can make the job so much more bearable. My supervisor straight up threw me under the bus multple times. Once while counting the money in the safe when i asked here if i could put the cash from register 1 with the rest. and she says sure, only to hear why did you do that? and then just straight up lies to the store manger why the safe counting is taking too long, beceause we needed to open. I got a bit of a reputation from that. Then she deciedes that it's a good idea to take all her breaks at one point during peak hour so that no one can cover for here and leaving me maning the cash register and the helpdesk where also the cigaretes and flowers and phone calls are taken. While I didn't even know how to do the flowers. Beceause she didn't teach me. I also wanted to quit realy badly after that.

For those wondering, the thing about map sizing is true-on a Mercator projection (the type of map used by Google maps) countries closer to the equator end up smaller than countries far from the equator. This often leads to poor and/or non-white countries being smaller, the example I always heard was South America being shown as approximately the size of Greenland (in reality Greenland is much smaller). If you don’t believe me go to Google Maps and zoom out.

My mother. There’s TONS of stories to tell of what a lunatic she was (narcissism, hypocrisy, verbal, mental and physically abusive, gaslighting, was never at fault for anything, reborn religious nutcase, and eventually a drunk; she may even have been schizophrenic, but I can’t confirm that).
Right now, the one that perfectly fits this question is when she just decides to walk up to my door and SLAMS a bottle of Gatorade against it, and scares the living shit out of me as I was watching a movie in PEACE.
I then asked “What? WHAT?!” frantically, not knowing what the fuck she did that for, all while she just stares at me, takes a few steps back and not uttering a single word, and leaves like nothing happened.
I legit essentially said “Is this fucking crazy ass serious” to my self, as I infuriatingly go to close and lock my room door.
What did I hear next? Her asking my youngest brother, aka the golden child, if I had actually hit him, and demanding he tell her the truth. Turns out my little shit of a brother got bored and decided to LIE to my mom that I had hit him, despite never having left my room for the entire day and was watching movies IN PEACE, which resulted in the Gatorade slamming. You know, because no one dares lay a hand on her precious baby, and my little brother RELISHED in me and our other siblings getting abused by mom with all his lies and self victimization. She never apologized to me or even said anything about later on, even after he just told her I didn’t like it was a joke.
It only got worse from there that day, but this is already long enough. Things have changed since (this was over a decade ago), and I frankly do not talk to my mom anymore after finally acknowledging what a toxic and HORRIBLE person she was.

The Earth is a spherical 3D object and the map of the Earth is a 2D plane, so when maps are made, coutries furrther away from the equator have to be scaled up to keep a certain consistancy.

When my sister and I were arguing and I told her that IF she had gone to live on her own with her family of 6 children and a husband, in her OWN place where she actually had to pay rent EACH month and the actual rent of the time ( we grew up on the northside of Chicago and she was only paying $500 in rent, whenever she decided to), that I would have had a better childhood.
She said, "Thats what parents are for!" Shes almost 20 years my senior. They lost their apartment and couldn't afford to get another one, they were homeless. My parents had this beautiful downstairs apartment bedroom apartment one apartment, hardwood floors, french doors full access to full basement and laundry. She fucking took it all for granted, paid rent when she wanted. Threatened to take off and never let the kids see them again whenever they didn't like something. their kids ran the house, went anywhere they wanted, went through anything. one year they went through my mothers xmas stuff and destroyed some of her antique ornaments. BUT her kids never did anything wrong or bad. THe oldest son was giving the task of taking out the trash, he instead decided to throw it under the porch, where it attracted the city rats and started to stink to high hell. They blamed my father, said he did it. Theres soooo much more. OH and they always had the newest best things too but" hey mom and dad can we skip rent this month?"
Am I wrong to think shes wrong?
according to her our parents are supposed to care for us forever. even our kids and never get anything in return. and how dare they ask for rent when its due. I just cant with that lady.

When I was six I went with my parents to the opera Akhnaten in Chicago. We got to our seats about 10 minutes before the show started. Opera wasn't my thing, but I ended up a history major so I even then I could appreciate the Egyptian theme. About a minute after we sat down, the guy sitting right in front of me turned around, and it was fucking Billy Corgan. My parents didn't know who he was, but I did because my brother's friend had a Smashing Pumpkins T-shirt with him on it. He looked right at my parents and pointed at me and said "You need to get him out of here, this is not a place for kids and I'm not going to have my night ruined by some kid sitting behind me making noise and talking through the show." My mom looked taken aback for a second and then said "He's not going to talk through the show, he's been to these before and he knows how to act." Which was true, I was not a disruptive kid and knew how to sit quietly through a show and save any questions I wanted to ask for the intermission. But he pushed back and said "Do you know who I am? I can have you all escorted out if that's what I need to do. Now get him out of here." And my mom just looks him dead in the eyes and says "Well, his sister is the director of the opera and personally paid for our seats so she could have her parents and little brother here for opening night so, good luck with that." He gets up, storms out and returns with the theater manager (who we knew well) and points at us, saying "Them, I want them to leave". Manager takes one look at us, turns to Billy, and says "Yeah I don't think so bud, without their daughter, this show couldn't have happened." Then he asks us if we would like to have Mr. Corgan removed for making us go through all that. And my mom, without missing a beat, says "Normally I'd say no, but this is not a place for babies, and I don't want to have our night ruined by some baby sitting in front of us and crying through the show." I will never forget the look on his face as he was being told to leave the theater lol.

I had a somewhat mild version of this about a month or 2 ago at work. I work at a toy store in a mall. I had a dad come in with 2 kids, a boy and a girl. The girl looked about 8-10ish, and the boy was about 5-7ish. The girl had a toy in her hand and the dad wanted to leave for whatever reason. He was telling them to put stuff down and all that. The girl walked up to the front where he was, to show him the toy, and he said "sorry we have to go put it down", and she started walking back to put it back where it goes. The dad says "where are you going, I said put it down" (not yelling, more hurrying her), and she said "I'm putting it back where it goes" and he..he fucking said "Just put it down here, that's what the workers are here for. They can put it back". No..Fuck you dude..Don't come back..

One of the supervisors where I work will complain about certain things we do. Not stuff that we aren't supposed to do but things that we have to do to get by when it's our only option and it's never because it's what he doesn't want, it's always someone else who complains about it (have worked for several people like that) So, when one of these situations comes up, we'll ask him "Okay, what do you want us to do?" to which he'll reply, just do it the way that you have to do it, which we do. He'll then complain about how we did it, despite not offering any alternatives. He's one of those people that you could do everything by the book down to the last letter and he'd STILL find something to gripe about.

She was the "candy cane mouse" who ran across the stage with a giant candy cane. I was one of the mice who jumped on the couch. The studio owner pulled me to the side when I was going to the dressing room and we had the following conversation:
Studio Owner: Why did you bring the candy cane into the bathroom. You know they're supposed to stay in the classroom.
    Me: I didn't.
SO: Yes you did. Don't bring the props in the bathroom.

My dad treated me poorly because he didn't like my gf that I was moving in with. So I didn't talk to him for a few years. He's realized his mistake and treats my wife and I much better. I cut off a cousin because when she had her baby, she went from "all boys suck" to suddenly "im a mom so I'm mature and better than everyone". I had let it go for a while, then has the nerve to go off on my sister because she was offended by a joke/meme my sister posted on Facebook. We both blocked her.

Well around Thanksgiving one year my family wanted to meet my then gf so I went to pick her up after my shift then drive an hour to my grandparents house to eat. Once we got there the exhaustion finally set in and I let my gf and family know I was going to lay down for a bit bc I was tired after work, which they said was fine. About 30 minutes later my mother and aunt come in and wake me up the conversation was this:
Mom: I can’t believe you’re just going to come in here and sleep
Aunt: You really just left that poor girl in there alone
    Me: What the fuck?
After I got up and went back with everyone I was understandably irritable from being woken up. My mom really has the gall to look at me from across the table and ask “Why are you so tired?” If the look I gave her could kill, she’d be 6 feet under

TIL: Narcissitic people cannot retain any information that's not about themselves. - This explains SO much about some people in my life and it's one of those things you subconsciously recognize but don't REALIZE until it is said. Mind blown.

Sister - gets mad at me for not getting ready fast because we have other things to do. Also sister - takes her time doing random crap after I'm done getting ready and gets mad at me some more because we don't have time to do her other errands. ALSO sister - yells at me that she's been ready and hasn't left the house for 20 mins while I'm waiting in the car to go 😑

Mine is about my older sister, during one Christmas dinner, she stated she wouldn't eat the pork roast because it was "cannibalism", her rather idiotic reasoning for it being cannibalism was because pigs were so often used as substitutes in medical procedures. I had to then explain what cannibalism meant (eating the flesh of something of the same species as you), and she still kept exclaiming that she was right and I was wrong despite that I could and *_did_* back up my claim with evidence. She was always like that, you could show her in multiple ways that she was wrong, yet she would still claim to be right, I swear she's a narcissist. My entire family has not let her live that down, and almost everyone silently thought "you're not serious, right?" at that moment.
The kicker to this exact scenario, she was against eating the pork roast, yet was completely fine with eating the pork crackling because "it was just the skin", so I made an off-the-cuff comment and basically said by her flawed logic, if I were to skin a human, cook the skin, then eat it, it wouldn't be cannibalism.

Mine is rather recent . I hate gardening and my mum told me I had to do the gardening .I said no cos I had an appointment to get to . She said if I leave now then she was kicking me out . . . I left and I've been living alone for 4 months with no worries now . But seriously just the audacity of kicking someone out for refusing to do the gardening

In 7th grade I got in a fist fight with someone who was spreading rumors about my best friend (1. My first ever fight. 2. 5 years of that happening, I was tired of her bs) and then she went to the principal screaming like a little girl saying that I was the one who was bullying her for so long, my principal is terrified of my parents, so when they came in he understood immediately that that wasn't the case. No one got in trouble but she yelled at me in the middle of his room that she would kill me.
2 years later im still here
What was that threat, Ms. Jez?

My mom gave away so many items of mine without asking. Why? Oh, it was just sitting there and I thought you didn't want it, anymore, so I (gave it to your nephew, gave it to some people that cleared it out of the attic, threw it out, put it together, put it outside, and let it rust). My stuff in the attic was about as in the way as the rest of her stuff that I essentially threw out when she had an estate sale. Thanks for asking, mom, the cookware set, you gave to your friends who, and I'm going to add this for laughs, tried to sell it back to me, is now worth between $275.00 and 335.00.

I own chickens, and one time my Dad and I were talking to a guy about all of our chickens and how we had just gotten 4 more (gave the other 5 to my mom's mother) from people moving away and couldn't take them with. You know what he said? I guess you wouldn't know- anyway he said, "Oh yeah, you can put a lil' pond in the yard for em'!" He then turned around and me and my Dad just looked at each other like: 🤨🧐 and then just shrugged and continued to eat our ice cream and then left with our 9 chickens then went to give the 5 to my Nana.

Kinda one I shared with my dad.
Evaluation day at school, with parents. Aka, parents come with us to school and teachers give mid-year commentary on each student with their parents present. I had had considerable difficulties at school with maths and chemistry. Both taught by the same teacher. Hmm... The maths issue was especially weird to my dad, because whenever he was helping me out with homework, his way of explaining things got through to me easily.
We get to this teacher. "Squid has indeed had a lot of problems keeping up with math. Then again that's been the case with pretty much everyone in his class."
This indeed begs the question of whether the issue is the students or the person teaching them.
My dad's look of 'really, bitch?' was pretty priceless.

Not just one B here, but two B's. In middle school, i had a big group of friends that included these 2 girls that werent always the nicest to me, but i put up with them for the sake of the group, telling myself "theyre not THAT bad". For some reason, during this time, i never coukd keep a boyfriend for longer than a couple of months Fast forward some years later,I found out these two girls conspired behiind my back to break up any rekationship I got in. They would do things like, make up stories to make me seem like a crazy person, for example, i kept a diary at the time, and being a 15year old girl, i glued a pic of my boyfriend on one page and wrote "I

    Oh god, my sister.
One day she came home crying and beside herself, because she was a victim of racial profiling by the police.
When I asked what happened, she explained that she "knowingly" made an illegal right turn at an intersection. A cop saw her, pulled her over and gave her a traffic ticket. She's white, the officer was black so therefore the officer was punishing her for her whiteness.
To be clear, this wasn't her first traffic ticket. She has a history of speeding, drunk driving, traffic accidents, and has lost her license a few times before. That's probably why the officer didn't just give her a warning.
She legitimately spent two hrs crying and seriously wanted to go to the media to report this "racist" officer.

11:00 To be fair to the girl. 'White' countries are normally unusually large on the map although it isn't specifically a race thing. It because you have to make decisions of what information you are compromising when taking a globe and putting it on a 2d map. So for Europeans (which later became countries in the Northern Hemisphere including the USA) showing Europe/ Above the Equator in more detail was more important. I live in Australia and you can get the 'flipped' maps or ones that gives the size of the Southern Hemisphere in the same projection style.
But yeah, on the assumption she lived in the USA, then it makes sense that the maps in classrooms show the USA as the central country and if they have to chose an area to be larger (as you do) then it will be the USA. Just as maps in China do it with China.

Back when i still lived with my dad he would make a lot of threats and "jokes" that would scare me and my sister. He made jokes to my mom too, like how he was just her chauffeur and how when she went to her (female) best friends house she was cheating on him with another man.
Mom finds out she had a miscarriage and dad makes the same joke, but doesnt believe her on it actually happening. We move out, me my mother and my brother. Dad now acts like he knew all along that it was real, and keeps asking mom when shes gonna come back to him and similar things. Mom is no longer planning on going back. We are much happier living away from him

Guy had an affair with my now ex-wife. He was in a relationship with a woman I had dated for about a year seven years earlier. So of course I called my ex-gf, his fiancé and told her what was going on. A few days later he calls me up and tells me he is in love with the fiancé, really wanted to marry her and wanted to know if I would call her back to tell her I made it all up. When I asked why would I do that he said, "because I love her and want to spend the rest of my life with her. Please dont ruin my life".
I was completely speechless. Finally I said, "You slept with my wife! What makes you think I give a flying f#ck about who you love? No matter who you date, marry or whatever for the rest of your life I consider them fair game. I will do everything in my power to cause you as much pain as you helped cause me." Then I hung up. Ex-gf didnt marry him and I sent flowers from a secret admirer to two of the women he was dating. To be honest I hadnt thought about him in the last 10 years or so till I saw this video. Maybe its time to see how his life is going these days. got to love a small town.

If you love someone you don’t risk their health and life to get off. Especially if your partner is female. While the emotional/psychological impact of cheating is equal for men and women, women can literally get cancer from a cheating partner, suffer a miscarriage or be left infertile by STDs (that last one probably also applies to men tbf). So yeah, if you cheat on someone with a vagina/female reproductive system you are literally saying ‘I am willing to give you cancer so I can put my dick in someone other than you’ as if that isn’t the most insulting and unloving thing you can possibly do to someone

Mask mandate. Couldn't serve customers without wearing a mask. Former manager enforced and a woman in line said "oh I have my mask in my bag." Still didn't wear it when she was at the counter. So boss refused to serve. Woman gets am attitude and boss (who didn't have any patience) walked away. She put on her mask when she came to my register and when I tried to explain why he couldn't be served. Got an attitude with me and called both of us busy birches. Walked away and the lady behind her even had a "who peed in your cereal" look. Boss who was nearby said "it's Thursday"

Years ago, I worked briefly OT at a large 🏦 complex in Pittsburgh PA. 1MBC was a large bldg 🏢 with many staff, workers, visitors. I was at a security console when a employees wife called around 530pm. She was frantic 🥺 and was concerned where her husband was(a bank employee). I calmly asked her if the guy went out with friends or got a 🍺 at a bar. She said no, asked me to check his office section, floor. I offered to check. Told the hysterical woman I'd call back soon. The floor was empty(Friday). No bank worker. I dialed the wife around 630pm and she said; oh my husband came in, he just went by a bar with some guys before he got home. 🙄.... That woman was a mess...
