I think I will drill a hole through the vertical pipe and the horizontal and just put a bolt through with a wing nut. then the pole will easily rotate for easy transport, and might self level a little, or be easy to adjust the angle and tighten the wing nut. also less parts and cheaper.... but whatever works.
