    Thought about using this stuff for my 72 k10 the frame is a bit crusty hopefully wire wheel and a wipe down and throwing this on will be good

      That’s basically what I do. Good stuff.

    So to be clear the "get gone" does not have to be rinsed off before applying the paint?

    • @SIMPLE.C10
      @SIMPLE.C10  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I sprayed it and wiped it down. Never rinsed it off.

      @@SIMPLE.C10 right on. I just got my bed removed and hopefully in the next couple weeks will be cutting my long bed frame down and getting everything nice and coated. Thanks for the video.

    Beautiful. Love the slammed trucks. Especially home built on a small dollar. 👍

    Thanks for doing this. Love their products, but did not know they made this. POR15 has been my Go-To for years, love the fact that SP makes it. Ordering now to give it a try. Thanks

    Really nice work 👍🏻. Have you tried Evapo-Rust? It’s at harbor freight, just dip, presto CLEAN! Smaller pieces are easier.

      I haven’t trained that yet. I’ll note that for the future. Thanks!

      I’ve never used por 15 so I’m not sure.

    Hey did you buy that ?really nice stuff ,hey ? On the upper control arm does it matter which way the bolts,go in ? I don't like looking at the threads

    • @SIMPLE.C10
      @SIMPLE.C10  ปีที่แล้ว

      Upper control arm only goes in the way I did it. It’s the design. Thanks.

    Will it work out of a Wagner paint sparyer

    • @SIMPLE.C10
      @SIMPLE.C10  ปีที่แล้ว

      Possibly if you thinned it

      Cause I have used linseed oil on my truck frame. But I have to do it every few years

    Mines stripped to the frame, I might try this rather than sand blasting.

    • @SIMPLE.C10
      @SIMPLE.C10  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It works well for me because I don’t want to take everything apart to sand blast and also it’s affordable.

    How far doest 1 can take you?

    • @SIMPLE.C10
      @SIMPLE.C10  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      One can could almost do a whole frame. I barely used any on the control arms and front suspension.
