Semi trucks had an interesting way of getting around manual windows for the passenger side window so the driver could roll it up or down without having to stop. Semis use air brakes, meaning they have a basically unlimited supply of pressurized air. Stick an air piston on the window and an air switch on the dash and you have the worlds fastest rolling down window. Old 70's freightliner i used to drive rolled the window down in 0.2 seconds lol

I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado extended cab truck that has the rolling handle windows. It’s a pain in the neck but works! We have a 2011 Toyota Camry that has electric windows and 2 windows don’t roll down properly any more! BTW we own 4 old cars that all have a/c, no problems with the motor and we don’t owe thousands of dollars on them. It’s amazing not having tons of debt!
