If you guys are having trouble using this build against fire enemies swap between Maliketh s black blade and this sword if you guys are wondering what talismans to use for it just search up a Maliketh black blade build and just swap to those when u are fighting the fire giant and it is really op
In my Blasphemous Blade build i use 2 gravel stone seals + 10 and Ancient Dragon Lightning strike incantation, it melt's any boss resistant to fire....and lightning spear that allso get's boosted by the gravel stone seal
Fun Fact! the Black Knife and the Black Blade Incantation STACK. With 80 fth there's no reason not to use Black Blade, it's just solid even if it's holy damage. Also, I'd cut back by 5 points on both end and vigor and evenly distribute your dex and str to get the most value out of breakpoints/softcaps. That's just me being a lil min maxing scamp though
no i was looking and dex scales js as well as faith does, what’s the benefit of having 80 faith instead of like 60 each but maybe im remembering wrong its hard to play souls games and smoke weed
@@ChristianSchnettler-y2t my guess would be that the ash on it scales mainly with faith, whereas the attacks with the blade might scale with both equally or primarily dex.

I think most people level strength because it is a greatsword (literally lol) but just for anyone wondering if you can use dex instead, I did compare 80 dex and 80 strength (faith was just 46 on both) and dex came out with higher AR. Not by much tho so leveling strength or dex is really just your choice
Maybe people know this by now, but if not, Flame, Cleanse Me also cures frostbite. I’ve been running this inc through almost all my builds lol it’s so useful
Prophet starts with the highest faith at 16,and has 11 strength. Would also work great I think for your build. but I have a 137 Dex faith Prophet. But I do have a lvl 188 confessor that has been all over the place for build testing. I'm going to give this one a try. Thanks.
I got my blood ninja build - dex/arc, straight magic build - int, and now working on my str/fth ... the last one is the hardest one. Too slow and reliance heavy hits.
Im brand new to elden ring im currently doing a seamless coop. With my brother who has beaten this game at least 100 times im currently using a strength using colossal weapons and bleeding effects and i started with the samurai its fun but Im going with this instead now

Great video. I run a simular buildbjt for Talismans i use Shard of alexander, flock canvas, scorpion charm then the 4th i switch between takers cameo (it was built for takers flame u get way more healing) or ancestral help so i get HP and FP when i kill enemies
Im using Blasphemous blade and black knife as main weapon meanwhile on the other hand im using godslayer seal and sacrificial axe (its restore 4fp per kill). All maxed out except the axe its only +18 so i dont need that fp consume talisman instead im using alexander, fire scorpion, dragonshield and ritual sword talisman. Im currently level 216 and now im in the journey 2 (ng+) thanks to you i can finish my first play through so easily hahaha. My only concern is when I fought mohg and fire giant its kinda annoying when my main weapon cant even touch them haha

Both Faith-Knot crystal tear and Flame-Shrouding cracked tear from the Physick Flask last 3 minutes. So that’s why I use it first because Golden Vow incantation lasts 80 secs and then use Flame Grant me STR last because it lasts 30 secs

I run Str/Dex/Fth with Godslayer sword and Godslayer seal Full bull goat set except helm (cause it’s ugly imo) Veterans helm Shard of Alex, Dragon crest greatshield, scorpion fire talisman, and bull goat’s talisman Golden Vow Flame grant me Strength Black flame resistance Black flame ball (for range) And black flame circle (just for funsies with groups)

Of course i recommend the weapon, but the gameplay is a little repetitive... just hit one button and thats it. You can try it up and see if you like it, if not you can always respec to attributes for a different build. And yes you can use this weapon with another class, i mean i used it with a Vagabond, its not optimal but you just need the attributes points in Faith/Vigor and such. Hope this helps!
Raging wolf helm torso with blaidd's gauntlets and greaves are a good armor combination and it has 51 poise so you can tank light hits and it looks cool Good videos man keep it up

Id recommend taking some from vigor. You only really need 40. You can also take some from faith. I’d say 60 should be good if you don’t mind a tiny bit less damage.

For those Fire Resist enemies switch to Gargoyles Blade, that ash of war is just like blasphemous blade but deals death and black flame

You should use golden vow first and pysik last golden vow last 80s while your potion last 30

Raging wolf helm torso with blaidd's gauntlets and greaves are a good armor combination and it has 51 poise so you can tank light hits and it looks cool
