Thorns and Bloom aren't the only incants that are pretty bad or just bugged: Furious Blade of Ansbach doesn't build up bleed, Ghostflame Breath being the weaker version of Frost Breath, Watchful Spirits being the weaker version of Ancient Death Rancor, Divine Bird Feathers dealing damage comparable to being tickled by a feather, and Rain of Fire being the worst incant of them all with it's long cast time and weak damage that can't even kill squirrels, birds, and goats. From needs to fix the bugs/buff these incants if possible, cuz they really look cool but their shortcomings make a lot of people avoid them. Edit: Genius play with the elevator kills btw, might wanna use this build in my STR character

It's almost a meme that FromSoft creates some inexplicably terrible items and spells compared to others in every game. I do hope they fix Anbach's spell though.

I make a versatile build (str/faith, quality, dex/faith, or dex/arcane) and just squeeze as many cosplays as I can out of the build before using a larval tear. Best way to invade imo, every day is new and my fashion is peak (as is yours). Fuck min maxing
A tip that might help finish off summons is to put the smithscript dagger in ur right/left hand 2 slot for cheeky dagger throws. If you could spare the equipload ofcourse

I really like the Wings AOW, but I feel it just isn't very strong compared to so many other AOWs we got. I wish it gave you more height at least so you could better avoid attacks and counter attack with the dive. Still, it's very stylish and hurts pretty decently. Oddly I heard Thorns was super good, but I think that was more so for pvp.

I tried it out before starting the build, the scaling was better with Gargoyles so I went with it. The movement is good though, probably hitting more constant!
If they gave all the crucible incantations hyper armor while charging up, then all of them being slow and telegraphed can be justified. Really wish they didn’t suck and were niche

What's your experience with level 175? I've tried myself to go no further than 168 following some advice online so I can catch lvl 150 players... I understand it's frustrating if your build is difficult to polish if that's not enough
To be fair though the level 150 advice is due to people naturally ending at that level when progressing through the main game, but perhaps, some adjustments are needed for the DLC, I dunno.
I have a pretty good experience with the level right now but this will be my only char out of 10 at that level. I leveled my 125 to 175, kept 8 x 150 and 1 at 100.

Ive been watching ur vids since the dlc came out and seen u already did dragon communion invasions but i wanted to know if you could try to do dragon communion invasions with rock heart form? I've been using a build with it and would love to see how well someone very experienced with invasions will find it be in invasions. 🙏
It feels a bit different but I can't point my finger exactly at what it is yet. Activity is okay (for now, will be less when playercount drops). But I like the extra 25 points to spend!

Way more losses than victories? Pretty ignorant statement since it actually depends on the build. Godskin Apostle build, Horned Warrior and some other weak builds very like got me more losses indeed. Gravity Sorcery, Pyro, Death Sorcery and others are easily more wins than losses.

I have over 600hrs in co-op and I can tell you A veteran gank squad is very hard to beat, and I’m sure Chase runs into his fair share of them. It doesn’t matter what an Invader’s build is against 3 competent players who sit around luring in Invaders. I’ve been summoned by 2 member gank squads who are just as intuitive and creative as Chase and those guys don’t lose often. It’s insane.
I still want to find invasions when player count drops. Also most enemies you face are the same level and have the same conditions, so the talisman-slot is not wasted.

Often I try to be as themed as possible which is why I leave builds where they are, but that would indeed be a nice way to get the last hits!

Just so you know, iirc the new crucible knight’s helmet from the dlc boosts the crucible incantations
The base game crucible armor also does that, the difference is that the new helmet also boosts crucible ashes of war where the base game armor doesn't

I tried the same but with a gargoyle twin blade. The ash of war varies in twinblade with different animation. More hitboxes
True, but worse scaling (=less damage). I like the animation a lot though, it is strong.
i see that in some scenarios you take damage that would normally kill you but then you suddenly get half hp what is that item/ability?

Why do you waste a talisman slot with the radagon one? If you have max dex you dont need it. Just lvl up bro dont be lazy 😂
Not everybody wants or needs to min max. Beside rune level 175-150 is the best for invasions
