My uncle raised and sold crawfish when I was a kid. He would have a crawfish boil for the family a few times a year. He had a 35 gallon pot he cooked in lol. He made it one way... hot as fire. But it was always so good. You either ate it hot or didnt come 🤣🤣
I can't even imagine what would be the taste when mixing shrimps with sausages. I'm from Croatia and we only ever cook shrimps (from Adriatic sea) with olive oil and a bit of garlic, that's all. IMHO shrimp taste is good on its own and I have a feeling adding sausages would spoil that. OK, now thinking of "škampi" (from Italian scampi) made me hungry (and it's 2AM here). Thank you for another great video Adam.
Ahh man. Makes me wana get one of those big boilers! I bet that stuff comes out goood, and good for you too!!! Not a whole lot to it. Thanks for the upload!!!
Food looks great, but, what strikes me most is the way your whole life has evolved since I first started following you. Ain’t nothing like that love and support from a GOOD woman 🙈😎👍. Cheers to y’all
We can't find that sausage in North Carolina, but our vacation spot in Tennessee has it. We look forward to getting some everytime we go. Mixed in with beans or just grilled on an open fire at the campground, the best sausage.
I from Georgia and I know for a fact this is how you suppose to do it baby I can’t wait to make this. I never got to make it myself but I would watch my older relatives do this a man you were spot on😊 but we used roger wood for the sausage.
July 4th 2020 After watching every Low Country Boil video Adam has made for the 3rd or 4th time, I made his recipe. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone that wants to try this dish, you will have to watch all of them as Adam doesn't really give the times to cook (but in one video and you have to turn up the volume) and the recipe changes a little over the four years across the different videos. Amazon has all of the spices, oil's and powders if you cannot source local. Thanks Adam!!!
We found some Conecuh sausage here in north Texas but only the hickory smoked. Looks like you use the original. Want to give that a try when we find some.
Ok, Ive seen enough of your cooking. Im going to figure out where your travel trailer is parked when yall come to Temple (for The Good of the Land Fest) and we are going to crash the party. Dang, that looks good.
That sure Looks Yummy😋!! I'm a fan of Juicy Crab seasonings..you should try it too for that extra kick🔥. Have to do another shrimp boil soon. Thanks for sharing👍
it's 9:15 at night as I watch this and my stomach is gurgling, my mouth is watering and all I can think is, "man, I wish I had me some of that shrimp boil!" Looks mighty tasty!
Yes some of my past videos I do go more in depth. Most of them are on my Abom79 channel. Just go there and do a search and you'll find them. The pot and burner is from Cajun Rocket Pot.
What kind & where did you buy your outdoor cooker/burner?? I hate the fact the 1 i got has a damn timer on it.... i love yours, small size & sounds like alot of btu...
Mine was built and sold by Cajun Rocket Pot. The burner is built to provide the proper BTU needed to quickly heat up the pot. The pot itself has aluminum dowels spot welded to the bottom to help absorb all that heat making it more efficient.
nice boil bro.....instead of watering down all that good favored water with ice get you a boil boss. i have one and i love it. drops the temp down to 150 in 3 mins
I would use the recommended amount that's listed on the package, it's much less than what I use. You can also use just the liquid boil to give it flavor and save on the spice.
I am French and I do not think it was very good, but I would taste well anyway. in addition I believe it is frozen products sorry for my english, i used a translator.

It's awesome, that's why we southerners love it!
It's tasty.

Looks awesome!

Adam, if I ever get to the Pensacola area I'm definitely dropping in with all the fixins. That has my mouth watering like crazy man.

If you get down south, buy a bunch then take it home and freeze it. It's the best!

Do you have a in depth video on how long cook times are? Also where to get a nice pot like yours
Yes some of my past videos I do go more in depth. Most of them are on my Abom79 channel. Just go there and do a search and you'll find them. The pot and burner is from Cajun Rocket Pot.
Looks fantastic!
I’ve never seen the ice trick 👍🏼
You obviously haven't seen me eat Lmao red potatoes onions and mushrooms are the best
Besides shimp and crab OMG so good
You always have to add sheimp crab another beer crablegs
Nice!!!!!( bottle the cooking juice for soup starter!)!!
not much a seafood guy, but i'd eat the hell out of everything else in that boil!
You'd love that sausage cooked in the swamp fire
What kind & where did you buy your outdoor cooker/burner?? I hate the fact the 1 i got has a damn timer on it.... i love yours, small size & sounds like alot of btu...

Would love your seasoning recipe
Looks really delicious thanks
A mesh sack works wonders when boiling the fixens, keeps everything together
Yes they do, but never had one when I needed it.
@@AbomAdventures Happens to the best of us lol New to your channel and enjoying the content
never had one with lemons and mushrooms in it. interesting choice.
Bad ass ink! Wow!
Thanks for the wife pic!
First he says it’s hot then she’s says her father didn’t want hot ; lol 😂
What was the temp you said… “right where we want it?”
I can't wait until TH-cam adds Smell-O-Vision to its enhancements!
Coming New Years, 3000
Actually I'm thinking of the Smell-a-scope. Nvmd
I love me a Beaufort Stew! This looks amazing
I don't envy you the heat down there, but man the seafood....
Bringin' home home.... :-)
Yum yum cuz😁
Always so good!
Man that looks good!
nice boil bro.....instead of watering down all that good favored water with ice get you a boil boss. i have one and i love it. drops the temp down to 150 in 3 mins
I have the Boil Boss and use it. Adding ice does not dilute the boil. Used that trick for a few years and it works great.
how long did you let the shrimp and crab legs cook b4 you put the ice in
Do shrimp taste that bad that people have to add that much spice and seasoning to Them
WOW man you have lost some weight ,well done
This is good, but knowing me I like my boil over seasoned and SPICY👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 but that made my mouth water on god
How many quartz is your pot ?
Told you he was a good man when you first met him Abbey !!
Stainless steel or aluminum pot?
Which is best or does it matter?
Cancer treatment has left my mouth extra sensitive to spicy food, how much of the boil and liquid should I use to be able to enjoy this?
I would use the recommended amount that's listed on the package, it's much less than what I use. You can also use just the liquid boil to give it flavor and save on the spice.
Save some for me...I'll be right over...🍤🌽🍻🍽
Bad Ass !!!!!!!
War Eagle!
Nice!!
Get 'er hotted up!
Yum Yum....
Lol at 3:39 the lady filming must be terrified of this guy to be apologizing like that.
War eagle
Steel or food, done to perfection.
Im dying!
How many ounces was your pot?
Was the knife a Benchmade? Great if it was....
Where's the crawfish?
Try this. Drop a couple of chickens or a turkey in there after its all done. Son you talk about flavor. Dad gum.
How many quarts is your pot brother?
85 quart if I remember correctly
Nice....
Why did you add a bag of ice?
The ice stops the shrimp and crab from overcooking while allowing them to “soak” in the flavor of the seasonings.
Daaaayum Annette 👀🙃
Good video… times on each ingredient would have been helpful.
What size pot is that
Looks so weird i have to subscribe this channel
How many people does this serve?
This portion I cooked will easily deserve about 10 people. Depends on how many in the group eat like birds 😁
I am French and I do not think it was very good, but I would taste well anyway. in addition I believe it is frozen products
sorry for my english, i used a translator.
What kind of sausage is that again?
Cunecuh brand sausage. It's the best!
